M:tG online is out!
It's free to download (http://www.mtgonline.com)
Weight: 306 MB
Comments:
As all massive-online-multies do now... pay-to-play.
You gotta pay (don't remember how much) to play it fully with all the cards, own-made desks, Histories, tournamennts etc.
You can play in the practice-trial mode with 5 preset desks and no pesonal names.. and a 2-hours-long limit (it kicks you out after that... you gotta re-enter.. No saves
I played a few games.. but since I needed the use of the Tutorial first... you get the idea.
Currently paying-to-play isn't an option for me... so I'll be in that trial mode.
Hope you'll like that game... 'cause I do
BTW.. just to mention how desperate I am... they don't sell M:tG in this city... I'm not even sure they sell it in the whole country... (if they do sell 'em, they may be bought in not more that 10 towns... sux!!! )

I'm always happy to help.. unless I'm helping myself.

Judgement has got to be one of the best expansion sets in a long time, anyone agree? I think Odeyssy and Torment were kind of messed up, but Judgement saved the Odeyssy block.

Oh ya. I bought a pack of judgement and I got a suntail hawk. The only white version of the scryb sprite. I much prefer to have longbow archer or serra zealot's but that besides the point.
Nothing beats 7th edition. That's all the good cards from the Urza's + all the great classic cards like Shivan, Mahamoti Djinn, Serra Angel, Sengir Vampire...

You mentioned Red, Blue, White, Black, but forgot the revival of the Green creature, the Thorn Elemental.
Theyre coming out with eighth Edition, and you get to help select it, well, parts of it. If youre interested...

I always go online to look at what cards are in the edition before I buy anything. Since I get my first paycheck soon, I'm buying a booster box of Urza's Saga or 7th Edition. It's not that I don't like Judgement cards, it's that I don't have enough of those cards to make good decks involving threshold, and all those weird abilities.
I think I might try Star Wars cards. Those were a lot of fun too.

Mtg, yes...
Seems that I have my oldest cards from Legends, Homelands, Ice Age and Alliances. My most active playing era was around 4th and 5th core sets and Mirage block. From Tempest block I only have cards from Tempest set. After Urza's block my interest to Mtg ended for over 10 years. Then I started to play again cuz some of my new friends played actively (tournaments, drafts, pre-releases, casual games...). My interest lasted for Zendikar block + 10 and 11 core sets, now it has faded again, much because cards are expensive and some players can be really annoying brats. Bought Duels of the Planeswalkers for PC but since you pretty much have to play with theme decks, I'm not into it.
