The many countries that make a woman
Between 18 and 20 a woman is like Africa, half discovered, half wild, naturally beautiful with fertile deltas.
Between 21 and 30 a woman is like America, well developed and open to trade,especially for someone with cash.
Between 31 and 35 she is like India, very hot, relaxed and convinced of her own beauty.
Between 36 and 40 a woman is like France. Gently aging but still a warm and desirable place to visit.
Between 41 and 50 she is like Yugoslavia, lost the war -- haunted by past mistakes. Massive reconstruction is now necessary.
Between 51 and 60, she is like Russia, very wide and borders are unpatrolled. The frigid climate keeps people away.
Between 61 and 70, a woman is like Mongolia, with a glorious and all conquering past but alas, no future.
After 70, they become Afghanistan. Most everyone knows where it is, but no one wants to go there.

Methinks the Italian version is much better...doubt anyone'll get it

Tra i 18 e i 20 anni la donna è come l'Africa o l'Australia,
mezza scoperta, mezza selvaggia, naturalmente stupenda.
Tra i 20 e i 30 anni è come l'America o il Giappone,
completamente scoperta, bella sviluppata e aperta al commercio specialmente con chi possiede carte di credito e macchine.
Tra i 30 e i 35 anni è come la Spagna o l'India,
molto calda, rilassata e convinta della sua bellezza.
Tra i 35 e i 40 anni è come la Francia o l'Argentina,
è stata mezza distrutta durante la guerra ma rimane pur sempre piacevole da visitare.

Tra i 50 e i 60 anni è come la Russia o il Canada,
molto aperta, tranquilla, con i suoi bordi praticamente non controllati ma il suo clima freddo tiene la gente lontana da lei.
Tra i 60 e i 70 anni è come l'Inghilterra o la Mongolia,
con un passato glorioso ma purtroppo senza futuro.
Dopo i 70 anni diventa come l'Albania o l'Afghanistan,
tutti sanno dov'è ma nessuno ci vuole andare.

Tra 15 e 70 anni l'uomo è come l'Italia di ogni epoca:

Can't read Italian, but looks like there are two countries for each stage in this version, why did it not translate?

My italian is not perfect but it sounds like it is a translation of the above with more and diferent countries on some stages.
