Ok, if you want, here is what can I do:
If you work/want to work on this Modding poject, post a master post with everything you created and use it for your future adds, fixes and new heroes models, I'll upload all screens and files and update the pack and the first post, when we are ready with this, the best modders will have rewards for their work

Why should we make another topic? And I can't publish any of these, because I can't mod them to work ingame, I can't change models of heroes.
EDIT: Now I get it, I'll create a new thread so this will be more organized.

Hi there
Because Iīm not allowed to start a topic, Iīm going this way:
Has anyone a working Link to download a (functunal^^) mod for an alternative skin for the hero Ylthin (the unicorn maiden)? I saw a good one in the posts of sfidanza, yche2990 and Cleave, but not with working links. Any help is highly welcome. 
PS: I need it for ToE.

The links must have expired due to the host file being inactive for too long. Unless someone contacts yche, 'danza, or cleave, or they have those files, they're unretrievable. Its possible one of the members of this project have them, but I'm sorry to say I don't. My computer suffered from a virus and required a complete system dump to restart.

I already wrote them a mail, but I donīt know how good the mail function works here. Thanks for the reply anyway.
Alternatively, could a nice, skilled modder perhaps write 4 h5u for me to exchange some hero models with unit ones? If itīs not to much work of course, which I cantīt say, because I have absoloutly NO idea about modding... I thought about:
Ylthin model --> Dungeon Shadow Matriarch model
Ebba model --> Orc Shaman model
Inga --> Orc Shaman model
Svea --> Orc Shaman model
The perfection would be if they still have the normal speed of a hero. It would be incredible great if someone could help me with this...

Grok's model is FINE.As for Gilraen.Shloud he be a War Dancer at best?I like him even Archer.Deleb and Jezebeth should have their own textures,Maeve's hairs should be a less yellow.

Parts of Bertrands armor still need some recoloring, and I think the horse should be more Carthagian (mailed not plated, and with some gold plates)

There's already a stunning model of Dirael as a Pixie with modified bugs to look like butterflies and it looks good.
Her as a fury? Eh, I don't think she'd ever look right, but give it a shot and let other people be the judge of that

I noticed that here were only minor modifications of existing creatures/heroes. It's possible to do also heroes from scratch in a modeling program?

It would if the skeletons and the particle instances were written in an indecipherable code. It not just making the texture, but building the skeleton from scratch, pathing preexisting animations (since they're hard coded) and hoping the skeleton doesn't get stretched. I'm afraid the possibilites of success are far exceeding the seventh decimal of a percent. 
Hey Hero, did you get bertrand done? And Marbas + the others? I'd like to publish individual heroes if the entire project is on hold. If not, then lets get this thing finished.

Not too bad, but the eyes of Deidre are too bright if you ask me. I know she looks like that on the icon, but it doesn't look too good on the model.
