Sorrow is nice but still nothing compared to mass slow, if anything it has reduced your chances to get it. Regeneration is quite powerful but still not as strong as lvl 3 spells imo. I mean in there you have phantom, fireball, deflect missile and so on - no comparison really.

Mass Slow is not a level three spell, it is above an level three spell because not only do you have to get Dark Magic to cast it, you also have to get Master of Mind.
Regeneration is stronger than Fireball and Deflect Missile I would argue. Regeneration can have a Angel getting about 85% of their hit points per turn, how about fireball, you have to build the character with destructive magic for it even to be effective, most heroes can use Regenation and it will be effective.
Let's do this, I am for sure you can agree it is the strongest level 2 spell in the game standing alone. Just like Sorrow is the strongest level one spell in the game.
Deflect Missile is pretty weak unless the Hero goes out to build the hero to have an Mass Effect on it.
Phantom is strong I will nott argue that one, even at its weakess level it is very effective.

Well you have a point, Regeneration is very powerful compared to other spells if you don't want to take Magic Skills into consideration. Likewise, Sorrow is tons better than Slow without the Master of Mind ability. That's correct, but those two spells also have that weakness, that they can't be improved with abilities.

I have compiled a list of errata for v3.1 of the fan manual, but I have not seen antistar and Sfidanza for ages in HC, whom can I email my errata list to?

The skillwheel for Tribes of the East says that Nebiros' skill increases the hero's luck as well (for abilities like Swarming Gate).
My question is, does this also count for hellfire and excruciating strike? I've tried it and I really got the feeling it doesn't. It would be logical if it did, though.

Those skills, while randomly triggering, are not affected by luck. The description on Nebiros specialisation is a little confusing because luck primarily affects units anyway (with exceptions like Swarming Gate and Warlocks Luck).

Depends. Regeneration is a powerful spell on high tier creatures and is especially useful for creeping. It won't do much to reduce losses on, say, Master Hunters, though.

Hard to Believe That This Exists
This manual is an incredible accomplishment. If only it were published as a book. If the game continues to hold my interest, as Heroes III & IV have, maybe I'll buy an inexpensive laptop so I can have the manual next to me while I play.

How can i know the spellpower of a creature? For example Mages, Lich, Druid etc...
How can i know how many iniciative has a hero?

A hero has 10 init but certain abilities make him act faster like sorcery, consume artifact, mass spells. Unit spellpowers follow a logarithmic formula, meaning that the power doesn't increase at the same rate the number of units does. You can find more in the manual.

About creature spellpower, sorry but i can't find in manual. Can u tell me where is? I want to know the base spellpower of 1 creature. 1 lich, 1 mage, 1 water elemental etc.., and if its possible the increment formula.
