I was specially impressed with how fast you owned the third fight, with no spells, without even gating. I though I had a chance on this one, my hero was fine, decent stats, decent spells, I had my strategy all figured out. And you owned it on the first turn.

Often Inferno doesn't have time to gate. Especially against Dungeon (They have hard time cleansing dark spells). In such cases they are all about assult/first strike. Or at least in theory. Since I can't win a single arena match..take that as you will.

Me neither, it seems like we are the most noobs in the tournament. Perhaps we should fight each other a bit, for pratice. Im getting somewhat tired of being so heavily beaten every time.

Here is a lesson from Pera.
Game #1
Michi69 (Sylvan, Anwen) vs Pera (Haven, Maeve) 0:1
Quick and one-sided game. Maeve's units which were improved by massive haste and rm didn't give me any chance.
Game #2
Michi69 (Academy, Narxes) vs Pera (Necropolis, Deirdre) 0:1
I tried to hold this game as long as I could, but Deirdre with 31 spell power and her awesome dark & summon magic was just unbeatable.
Game #3
Michi69 (Necropolis, Nikolai) vs Pera (Stronghold, Kragh) 0:1
Even without resistance (100% effectiveness) I'd have hardly chances to win that. Barbarians were literally insane and the've eaten poor undeads in just two turns..
Final score: Michi69 vs Pera 0:3
Three easy wins for Pera, congratulations.

Played my second game with Nat. She won easily but what can you do when rune of etherealness is just a sad waste of resources and your opponent has morale or luck in almost every move. Battleragers also let me down. Lack of Sorcery and Rune of Battle Rage didn't help either. Maybe if my Bears where before Archangles it would change something but that also didn't occur though i counted for that. Nat did her part very good as usual. Congrats.
Replay
EDIT: sorry, under replay i loaded something that has nothing to do with replays but it should be ok now.

Truth, truth.
In the first game I had no light magic expect mass endurance. It was not enough for haven.
In the second game Lucretia featuring mass decay tried to kill Deleb's army and balista. Hmm was pretty close, but inferno was too strong also with troops from the gate.
Huh a lot of mistakes. I though that I won't kill even half of orcs but dark magic one more time won the battle.
Thanks for all games.

I can really understand where you're coming from but I'd like to let you know that I find your persistance admirable. You don't cry and moan about your losses and you've taken your streak with admirable lightheartedness. I can assure you that others (oh well atleast me that's for sure) would have cracked a long time ago and there'd probably being a lot of moaning going on. You've really not done so bad so far considering some of the titans (really you have to put things in perspective you're an online newcomer going against some of the best people (excluding myself) on this forum) you're up against. I'm sure you'll learn and one day you might come back here kicking everyone elses ass. Training births perfection.
Seriously dude you can't leave! You're this beckon of hope for me that I can lose many games without being bitter about it. Don't go.

Hehe, not leaving so soon. I love this game and I had more fun getting beatem by you guys than playing for one year against the retarded AI. Sometimes is depressing to lose every single time, but at least Im playing for real and thats what I wanted.

What a great attitude, mate. Although I'm a newbie on this board as well, I'm 100% sure that the majority of experts here ought to learn such approach to this topic. It's obvious for me that if so regular losts happened to some of them, they'd be explaining the reasons of them just everywhere, for instance:
- lucky build/shots of the opponent
- bad luck considering artifacts, spells etc.
- bad mood
- bad weather
etc, etc,
but never, NEVER lack of own skills.
PS. It's of course not my intention to offend anyone, I don't wanna connect such behaviour with anybody, but just to show a tendency which I notice here sometimes. We cannot forget that this is only a GAME, isn't it?
Ok, done with digressions, it's time to make another report
Game #1
Michi69 (Haven, Laszlo) vs Larry (Academy, Havez) 0:1
Such a long and boring game! We both decided to combine massive light & dark spells and they were more or less the same power. However, Larry possessed 6x more mana and had to win it.
Game #2
Michi69 (Sylvan, Ylthin) vs Larry (Fortress, Inga) 0:1
Damn, till this game I thought that I'm a lucky person considering this game. However, Larry surpassed me in this issue undoubtedly. He had iirc every single rune, neverending morale and luck (well, to be honest it was making me furious) and very nice casts. No chances at all, perhaps I wasn't enough prepared to this one.
Game #3
Michi69 (Stronghold, Kragh) vs Larry (Fortress, Hingvul) 1:0
Well, infallible Kragh settled it at the very beginning. 2 turns and 6 dragons together with all Thunder Thanes were gone. Then it went very quickly.
Final result, which I'm slowly getting used to...
Final score: Michi69 vs Larry 1:2

yep Michi69 wrote it all
also finished my 2 remaining games with Natalka
and lost both
so it's 3- for Nat at the end
last 2 weren't that good matches,in both games she had really high att/def stats and mine lacking builds and spells were not enough to give a good fight
replays

Laszlo(Nat) vs. Giovanni

also played 2 games with Clayman and the result so far is 1-1
the 2nd 1 was pretty good battle i suprisingly won at the end,i'd say clayman had victory in his hands but made few mistakes
