Thanks. Now I understand the way you guys play. Wow, fights must last alot longer then the ones I do...
SS, do you still play on the zone?

very rarely nowadays as there usually are no fun players to play, but if youre up for it maybe we could pick a day and you and me can ally up and angelito and jebus for example.

Just one rule for it, if you happend to learn more than you expected to learn.. you must write

"I [real name] hereby openly and sincerely declare myself to have been a n00b of heroes3"... deal?

and one more thing, learn how to chain first or atleast learn how to transport troops from hero in town to main hero (should be 2-3 heroes away atleast) first because if i see you send all your heroes out in weird direction without any plan at all ill be spending all game trying to learn you just how to systematically set up a heroes chain

"I [Alex] hereby openly and sincerely declare myself to have been [am presently] a n00b of heroes3"

I just spoke to Jebus and he's up for it.... (he was playing on 200% when I called!!! LOL)

Now we only need to convince angelito.

One thing: I'm having a baby girl Thursday and don't think I could do this for a very long game... it would have to be less than 2hrs. and maybe Wednesday evening or then in a few weeks as my newborn will take up most of my time.
But I thank you for this kind offer.

I would be glad to join such a 2vs2 allied game, so we would be 3 noobs and one vet, but perhaps we were more lucky and Sir_Stiven gets a bad area...so we would have a small chance at least..

But forget that thing about 2 hours...lol....if u play a 2vs2 random map, u have to plan at least 6 hours...8 normaly..

Dang! Holy cow.... can you tell I've never played 2on2? LOL.
Now that I think about it, I can see why. I would still be cool with it since I would have lot's of time in between turns to take care of family issues.

And BTW, angelito, you're really going to have to stop reffering to yourself as a N00b!!!

6-8 hours angelito?

hehe make that 10-12 usually

but i imagine atleast two of you will have somewhat fast turns so i think wont take that long.

And as you said yourself conan, there will be plenty of time during turns that you can take care of other things.. and if its urgent we can always hold in battle or play unlimited turns.

sundays will problably be best for me though as i have a tendency to be either studying or busy with friends weekdays...

You better practise playing 130% though because thats a better platform to learn from since it isnt as luck based as 200% is.

And try and pick up basic chaining... just transport units through heroes to mainhero in one day.

will be fun.

Sunday will be good for me too.
The only problem is the time. I know me and Jebus have the same time, but you are somewhere in the States and Angelito is in Germany.
How will we fix this?

Well Conan has spoken on my behalf so just to confirm, I'm in.  But if Angelito is a noob, then he is definetely handicapped in this match up if he's paired up with me!!  (if he's a noob, I don't even want to find a name for me!!)

Sunday should be good for me as well!!

Conan....  read a little more carefully...
SS said IF you learn more than you expect while we're playing....  you could've saved yourself the embarrassment of admitting it!! (LOL)

Should be good!

I know, but everyone knows I'm a N00b so I figured admitting it in public won't break my bones. The thing is, since I'm on his team, I probably will learn more than I thought, so I'd rather post the embarrasment now and get it over with!!!

So what happens if you teach SS a few things???
You know like you're not as much as a noob as most vets may think??? (laughing!!)

Or Angelito and myself do the teaching???
(or if we do the learning for that matter!!)

And as far as me teaching him a lesson.... I'll let him reply to that one!!! LOL

Sunday will be ok for me

About the time difference....am i wrong or is Sir_Stiven a swedish guy?...so if he lives in sweden as well, he should have the same time zone as me.
And about u Conan....u started to talk in french in the mail u sent me, so u could live in Switzerland, France, Africa, Quebec or in the Caribic....i really don´t know...

And about the fact me being a nOOb...

My records on WW this season so far is 22-4, but i only play randoms and most of the time Jebus template. On that template, everything could happen and i seem to have luck with my area most of the time.

But the most important fact which shows that i´m far far away from the skills of Frank, Sir_Stiven, The_Saint or Xarfax is, i´m not used to play with ALL towns. I know how to play with Castle, Fortress, Necro and a bit Rampart.
But i´ve never or rarely played any online game with Stronghold, Inferno, Conflux, Dungeon.
Last time i played Dungeon (in a 2vs2 fun game) i died 3 times in first week coz of not knowing the exact speed and damage ratio of my units ...)

correct im swedish.

As for the random template, IMO jebus is way to luck based and demands no challenge at all.

I have made a 2v2 template though called sandstorm, setup is easy.. each player get a starting area with two roads, one leading to an area with 2nd town and the other road leads to an area which you share with your ally.

From the area you share you then can go to sandarea through a roughly tough block and thats where you should meet your opponents.

block to 2nd town area is easy, usually week 1 break.. can be week 2 if shooters, block to incommon area is usually week 2 block and block to sandarea is week 3-4, sometimes even 5 if two tough guards at 2 portals and no mass slow.

Reason i think this map is good is that it isnt loaded with money so you gotta be somewhat tactical in your approach. Also it will be a perfect map for this kind of game since it includes lots of teamwork.

Sunday it is then? im at same timezone as angelito and clock is 1PM when i write this.

This should be interesting then since it looks like there is a 6 hour time difference....  (either Conan and I will be up damn early or you folks will be up real late!!)

Angelito....  If that is your definition of a noob....
I will look forward to playing with one......

one suggestion though....
SS since you are the vet in this match up, would it be fair to suggest a completely random map???
