Easier a bit people, I was playing this couple minutes ago, I mean town. We must make it better, but for this moment is fully playable early version.

Mate, we are not acting like you couple months ago, when you have stolen Darklokes idea of Grove Town and for a very long time you wrote under yournames that you fully made it. Now you want to make something awful like it with our Forge? No! We will end this town and people will see how the HoMM3 could be...

Here's the animation with two critical, neighbouring frames in that movie.
So yes - the cursor moves and the luck changes.
My guess - when Set started the game the second time, after he replaced some Tower graphics with the Forge ones (or perhaps just the background) he didn't notice that the starting hero got a random artifact with +1 luck . (do notice that the gold and resources are not increased, so he had to have a bonus artifact at start - or rather - at both starts).
So generally - He started the game, showed the castles, including Tower, and when Tower was out of sight and out of the town list, which was scrolled down (and Forge wasn't in sight yet), he stopped the recording, exited, made some graphical changes in the game files to replace Tower sprites (or just started a second, modified copy of the game), started the game again (and had a different artifact ;P), repeated everything to the last moment and started to record again. Then it was a matter of combining those two movies in the presented spot .
Otherwise it would be a really strange bug for the luck to change there ;P.
Besides - why would you want to end your turn still having movement there (and also wait some time at that dialogue to click)
