No, I did not. Eyes and jaw are on the same height. Also the red line is on the top of HEADS of these units - not helmets etc.

Amazing models, well done! I don't mind the change in names, Pyromaster sounds OK. Also, changing the building was a great idea after all: the one modelled after the original concept does look far better and more realistic than that pool of lava. Have you considered their abilities yet? I think two-tile attack (a la Dragon's Fire Breath) would be fitting.
And what's with the size problem? Why would you mind one human unit being slightly taller or shorter than others? Surely one does not need to point out that not all people in the world are of exactly the same size... 
By the way, look at the clenched fist over a globe, the image on the Pyromaniac building concept: that's probably the new "coat of arms" of Deyja, introduced after Kastore's "revolution". It would be nice if you managed to implement that symbol somewhere.

You could give it no retal and make it a two hex monster if you can't code that ability...

Isn't it funny that ONE guy made two great units in less than a week while the whole teams couldn't make one GOOD unit in months?

It's one of the clones of Kastores blaster from MM7. Im evil-ending video we see, how he replicated it with havenly forge.
And this goblin is taller than usual goblin because he is Dejan. In MM dejan goblins was the same size as humans.
And I'm not Alex-Ander, but I'm working with him and his models (like Pyromaster)

Well, it doesn't look exactly like the one Kastore replicates: his blaster's front part was wider; also, the whole weapon is black with a single green dot- but no matter, your model is awesome anyway. The Goblin's knife also looks meaner than the one the original Grunts had
The Foot Soldier (Grunt's upgrade, if you aren't chaning that unit's name) should be armed with M&M7's blaster rifle; both units should fire green blaster bolts. I'm impressed with how quickly you guys are making these! Hope to see Foot Soldiers and Cybers soon

I suggest no obstacle or range penalty for the goblin, otherwise it will be just like the master gremlin.
there is also the risk of the cyberzombi being the same as the zombi and the rocket launcher ogre being identical to a magog.
will be hard to have balanced minotaurs, unless you reduce their growth?

Well... I'm working on that. This is the latest version which I'm going to animate.
And it's actually cyber dead - my fault. Cyber zombie will be different.
