No. krejora already established that he was jumping up and down because he was otherwise too short to see in the window otherwise.
This was a key point.
A summary. The dead guy was murdered by the the jumping guy somehow.
The stick is somehow involved in the death and the man jumping at the window is doing so because he is otherwise too short to see.

Did the victim die from a blow to the head?
This one seems more complex than the first mystery, Dodd. I just hope that the explanation won't involve another darn fish...or else I'll have to ask: Is the wooden stick a fishing rod?

No not from a blow to the head.
This one is about the same difficulty as the 1st, but there are established key points that nobody is building on.
Mystery game 3 if i decide to do it will be near on impossible to solve and really would need more participants.
