Vlaad, yep, I'm gonna see that pic now when I see your avatar. You just need to do that gesture of putting your thumb on the underside of the chin and stroking the goatee with the index finger, that will complete the look

I think a good example of this is Vlaad.
Nice avatar, when he had his old vampire one I used to think of him as quiet, somewhat sinister and definately NOT lighthearted which it turns out he is (sometimes).
With his new avatar, although not exactly cheery it lacks the gothic effect and makes him look much more scholarly (if that's a word) with the 'deep in thought' look portrayed, and so that is how I have become to change in my opinion of him.
