I am currently a student at the University of Hawaii at Manoa on Oahu. I hope to major in Asian History and minor in Education. If possible, I'd like to teach college-level history someday. Otherwise, I would love to try ministry and/or a musical career.

Oh, and I've got to release at least one music album.

I'm a student too, at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim, Norway. I study a mix of history and political science.

My living comes from this too, since I, thanks to the wonderful social democratic regimes of Norway's past, can get a study loan from the Public Bank for Education, at really good interest rates and such.

I also work during thr summers, as a guide at a museum.

I work in the Parliament of Canada, more spicifically, for the House of commons.

I am "Business Application Support Officer" and the application I support is a programm that is specific for the house of commons. That programm is used to publish the publications of the House of commons. As some may or may not know, everything that is said in the House debates and in Committees needs to be public (execept in Camera meetings) so the process starts at sound recording then typing the audio, then editing, then tranlating in both official languages, then publishing both at the printing office or on the Web.

All the publications that are done here are done by us.

So basically, I help the users that work in different sectors of production with the programm that we use.

Very soon, (before X-mas) this will all change as I just won a new job and I'm next in line.

I get upp at 6 doing my morning "stuff" Take my bike to work at 7.30 then the fun starts! I´ll just sit playing music all day and talking to people on air. Yesterday a guy won fridge full of food. The most fun part of work is when I talk to interesting guests a few days ago we had 2 people from the swedish verson of Big B.
The worst part is when I can´t go shopping and people come up and expect me to be funny.

That one went for a thousand.  It's one of the few I've actually sold.

I'm starting to get set up to make giclee reproductions so that I can sell them at a more manageable price.  (like 200-400) but the first-time set up costs for reproductions cost about that much to begin with.  So I have to take orders and get at least two orders for a single piece before I can afford to start making copies.

I just can't spend two months on an original project then sell it for a few hundred dollars.  It's not sustainable and I'm not willing to let my stuff go for peanuts.  Know what I mean?

Thanks Jebus!

P.S.  You can see more pieces by clicking on "Gallery" -- there's a slide show there of the photographs I used and the paintings I did from them.

Feel free to e-mail me if you want to talk more about this.  I know the person who has the Scottish Loch piece and I'm sure he would let me borrow it to get a copy made.  (It's quite large -- 24" by 48")  I just have to get one more order for it or dig my pockets.

(There is an option that I could send you the giclee unmounted and rolled up on cloth and then you could have a frame shop put is on a frame for you)
