(this is kipshasz' girlfriend)he is uncounsious right now and stay this way for a few days...he had a fight with his step father again, so he'll not be able to work properly. his work is in his laptop,i'll rewiew it later and see what i can do about those biographies,and maybe draw some heroes portraits

Hmm, converting the units into def files I guess. However all units in HIII. are drawn from the profile... these ones must be somehow optimized to fit the game.

Much more if you look carefully.
It's big face, small face, hero on the map - galloping, hero in the battle - casting spells. These all can be modifed. And, of course, here can be animated hero face placed in custom dialogue.
Editing normal units coming with unit animated preview, small units icon for transfer/exchange units, specialization. Normally staying in map and in the battle screen - fully animated.

I dont know.
That means taht your going to have to order the characters from level 1-7, although in game theyr all good.
Maybe there should be a chanve of choosing one of the carachters for your castle to be themed on.

the campaign thumbnail and campaign heros face in one pic
heroes names: tyrael (i decided to make tyrael evil after all) and Azuel (one hero i made up,tyraels love)
campaign name: EDIT: the new campaigns name is Burning Crusade

EDIT: new specialty will be added: enslave. it works like this: enslave one creature,use it until nothing left of enemy army,then the creature gains his "free will" and u kill it.
