Why do you need all of them? I use only photoshop, and paint is pretty much useless with it except converting files to BMP)

Diablo 2 based town? This is heroes and i hate towns about movies or games. They just dont fit into the game!

Yes it is. I dont mean they are worse, but i dont like something like diablo or LotR towns. I can only wait when there is new thread: Pokemon town on Heroes! LOL

Heh,I've played both games at around 2000, but I didn't tought someone would try to blend them. 
Good luck with it, I'm very interested to see more from what comes from this.

well my first idea was BL(burning legion) town
the units would been:
1.greel-grell warrior(impish demons)
2.Voidwalker-Voidterror (demonic dimensional drifters)
3.Vile tormentor-Vile maiden(succubi like demon ladies)
4.felhound-felhunter(possibly most original demons)
5.felguard-doomguard(another original demon species)
6.eredar-frenzied eredar(the first race succumbed to the legions corruption,with small refugee group,the draenei)
7.lesser infernal-infernal(the most original creature of them all)
8.fel reaver(more dangerous contraption than infernal)
hero classes:
Defiler(might hero,lots of races: eredar,nathrezim(the dreadlords)pit lords ect)
Fel Warlock(magic class,all races except pit lords)
campaing hero:
Sargeras,the dark titan
that idea was pretty impossible back then,so i looked to all time rpg legend Diablo2

kipshasz, i think that the creature line up that u got there is pretty interesting and good, a lot better than the original one u had (no offense) any chance u could post defs of looks and stats?

well yes. fighters desertion really weakened this team.as well as few other team members,with no work.again,i appologise to all poeple who waited for this project.its time to move on and look for new inspiration.

And why is a project closed?
I suggest to take official monsters from Diablo, we have portrait-painters, the screen of city for you is excellent! A project must live!
By the way, I did not find the normal list of monsters so. For me they do not coincide. And it is needed for a site

oh my god..so terribly old thread.. this project was closed because noone was doing anything. Our team has gone.. And on future: dont post in such old threads... It would not help anyone..
