Hmm we have in WoG objects from Disciples and Cossacks and there aren't any copyrights problems.

lets not get carried away here...as for music maybe i'll extract tracks from MPQ files from D2...the problem is i don't have an mpq editor. anyone knows a good one?

just thought this might be interesting for you.heroes biographies:
Bartuc:
also know as the Blood warlord,he is the scourge of all living.his golden armor is now
color of blood.before every battle he bathed in his own demon minions blood. thats how he
lost his beautiful face.
Horazon:
brother of bartuc,he practiced demon magicksand often summoned demons to serve as servants
to him.this reckless use of demon magic drove him completely insane.
Gal'Eon:
she was a member of ancient Zan'Essu mage clan,she was only woman allowed into the circle
of hell mages.she is very fanatic woman and do anything to gain power.
Rat'ma:
he is the head of necromantic cult of kedijstan jungles. he was invited by the three
to join circle of hellmages because of his ability to tame jungle hunters and doom apes
The summoner:
he was a mage in ruined kingdom in westmarch. no one knows his real name,and calls him
the summoner because of his ability to summon demons to his aid
Nor'ek
he is a descendant of bartuc and has knowlegde of vizjerei spell secrets.
his fire spells are much more effective than others.
Tal'rasha:
he choose to embody baal and in this turn he was invited to circle of hell mages.
he bears some of baals strenght.his ability to train balrogs is much
apretiated by the three.
Dark wanderer:
he is the unnamed hero who killed diablo beneath the town of tristram.he thought
that he destroys diablo by adding his soulstone to his head.by doing this he
become the first of the hell mages
nighlathak:
he is the last of barbarian elders who protected the mount arreat.he
earned his place in the circle of hell mages by giving a sacred relic to Baal.
this powerfull artifact allowed the lord of destruction to enter mount arreat without
beig challenged by the ancients.
Diablo:
the yougest of the Three. he managed to corrupt king Terenas,his son
Albericht and archibishop lazarus.he was slain beneath tristrams cathedral
but the hero who slained him put a shard of his soulstone into his head and this
act ressurected the lord of terror
Mephisto:
eldest of the three,he was inprisoned in temple city travincal,he gained control
of hihg council of zakarum.this act turned all of the followers into paranoied
fanatics.he imprisoned the souls of council members into loyal demons.
Baal:
he is the middle brother of the three. he corrupted the worldstone and changed the world
forever.to do this he had to lay a siege at barbarian capital city harroghat,and killed
almost all of its citizens exept for nighalthak.
duriel:
the lord of pain was onlyone of lesser evils who was loyal to the three after thei exile
to mortal realm.he was ordered to guarf the tomb of tal rasha until diablo comes for
his brother.
Belial:
he took over the throne after The exile. but he has learned a painful lesson
that is not wise to took over the throne.now he is once again behind the three
Azmodan:
he tried to took over the throne,but gave up his plans after Diablo dealed with belial.
he is also aligned behind daiblo and his brothers.
Andariel:
she is responsible for corrupting the rogue monastery.here she trained her demon rascals,they
fight for her with much more zeal than on other heroes.
Lilth:
the twin sister of andariel she is quen of stygian harlots.her minions are more stronger than
other stygian harlots.
Izual:
once a liutenant of tyrael he was captured by the three doing the sin war.
after cruel tortures his soul was put in a creature that spawned from the abyss.
now he serves for the three.
