and i say that the creatures u have made are very good but i suggest better hands for the tomb viper and that you recolor them to match better

I think that some of you're creature positions, I mean like the selected units for the different level units are maybe a bit off.
Perhaps Diablo, Mephisto and Baal could be either commanders, or perhaps level 7 or 8 units.
Maybe like:
Mephisto, level 7 unit
Diablo, level 8 unit
Baal, Commander
Or something like that, they can be switched around or whatever, perhaps have Diablo as the commander or whatnot, it's you're choice but it seems like a good town, except that this is heroes of might and magic, not Diablo 2 or whatever, if you wanna play with that kind of stuff, go and buy Diablo 2, but I seriously do not think that Diablo 2 town would fit into a heroes of might and magic game.
But nonetheless sounds cool, but just wouldn't fit in my opinion.
EDIT:
Here is what I would have changed for the town, so far up to Level 4 creatures to Level 8, have not finished Level 1 to 3 Upgraded, so here is what I think so far:

And the Cost could be random, and the Abilites might also be random.
Now as for buildings here could be the special buildings for this town:
The Worldstone Chamber:
Cost: 40000 Gold, 10 Sulfur, 10 Wood, 20 Ore
What it does: Gives you're starting heroes Fire Skill in Expert Level
That is all my ideas for the buildings right now   probably more to come later, but now the units are perhaps a little more balanced out and this town is not so overpowered as it used to be, which is a good thing, because if you use too much of an overpowered town, then you will just win really easily all the time
I will also get to the heroes a little bit later and maybe some graphics for some of the creatures if I have the time to do so, but hope you enjoy reading and maybe these changes may make this town a little bit better.

A few comments...
I presume this town must contain only diabolic, inferno monsters, so i dont like the idea to include non-diabolic like viper, doom ape/jungle hunter and fallen (may be it is a small devil, but looks very similiar to goblin, imho).
Instead them i suggest to use:
- horned demons (damned or so) or demons with weapons (member of * clan)
- corpse eaters
- grotesque (with spawns)
- lashers with enslaved(demons with whips)
- death maulers
Balrog sounds too great and this monster doesnt look like "pure" balrog - i would prefer to call him pit lord or venom lord or something similiar.

Read my post I changed the whole setting around a little bit, The heroes no longer comprise of Diablo, Baal and Meph, as they are now units.

we already rejected the idea of lashers,enslaved vile mother and vile child creatures.and first of all this is my first normal project in last several years.pit lord is in inferno remember?and claw vipers are in act2. i guess you haven't played diablo like i haved.and what should we add instead of fallen? spike fiend maybe? or perhaps scarab demon?for jungle hunters there is still much to discuss.and one more thing. diablo isnt open for modding than heroes. in fact none of blizzard entertaiment games are.

A great news you are telling! Isnt open for modding! I saw a lot of mods for D2 (take for example baldur's gate mod or Evil). Warcarft also modded many times as globally, as for certain campaign.

I would love nothing more than to help you but my computer is very old and I don't have that progam you mentioned.have you ever that of using the fire demon from lord of the rings and the nazguel as a heroe for this town.you could also try using the bhaal pic from Baldurs gate 2 for the level 8 creature or a heroe?if I had the ability to help with this then I would but Right now I don't have the programs to help you.sorry bud.

You may certainly help (a reason that he asked for) but level 8 is Izuel, maybe a hero then. And extreme programs is no "must" you can also use paint or nero 7.

seriously? my PC is 2 years old and i have GeForce MX4 video card and 256 RAM. and enough brain f****ing about The three being units. they will be heroes and thats final.i will make a creature that is similiar to diablo.name will be son of diablo or something like that

Look Izual as being level 8 is stupid, why the hell should Diablo Baal and Meph be heroes?
Im just a little angry because you insist on Izual being level 8, who cares if you are doing the creature, you can still do him, just not for level 8 imo.
