is not the average user. Because of 2 simple things. 2 simple buttons. Button #1: delete. Button #2: BAN! Thank you but I have had enough time dealing and talking to moderators and I have felt these 2 buttons like hammers on me. So, don't see you are janitors.

...hmm, actually I don't have a ban button...unles its hiding from me, nor can I even look up your IP addresses in a neat index...anyway, I still maintian the fact that we're janitors...if we see mess, thats when we'll try and clean it up...it it doesn't exist, what do we do?

I thank God you can't see my IP! You'd spoil the fun! But you have the right to ban me, though I don't know where the button is, of course. These boards are like the EZ and there mods can ban. Everywhere mods can ban. And I don't see why this place should make an exception... unless Val has disabled the function. lol, when'de I ever say that I couldn't see your IP? I simply said it wasn't in a nice neat little box  ...but don't worry, you can trust me to keep it safe 
...and I assure you, I cannot ban, nor do I even see anyone here at all that I would want to ban...and I don't know about you, but I've actually been a moderator at various forums, and only a few actually allow the moderators to ban anyone, unless the moderator also happens to be the administrator at the same time...
...and really, all we do is clean everything up and make everything organized, uncluttered, and sparking new

You know...
I have been a backup and a friend of a veteran mod for an year... but it was in another universe. Anyway. Mods are CHOSEN and sometimes they are janitors, sometimes peacemakers, sometimes cops and sometimes jokers... it depends. But they are always people of power. It has been like this, it is like this and it will be like this.

hmm, ok so I admit we have some power...but does that truly make us so much different from everyone else? I don't know about other people, but at several other forums, while I am the moderator, I am still extremely disrespected by several individuals (guess I don't need to say I banned them)...but anyway, if you follow the rules, nothing can go wrong

anyway, I wouldn't say anyone needs to be afraid of me. I'm a nice enough mod, and I tend to walk close to the line myself a lot of times about a lot of things, so hopefully people aren't afraid i'll ban them or anything crazy.
