new faction alternate upgrades
Goblin-- Nihilistic Goblin
Sick of being used as manna fodder and being thrown by cyclops, these goblins have adopted an extremely negative perpective on life. If stack suffers many casualties the remainder commits suicide in an extravagant way which reduces any creatures morale on the battle field.
Specials: Always low morale, immune to Mirth spell, berserk
Centaurs-- Winged Centaurs
A particularly ill centaur mated with a wyvern but to everyones suprise offspring were produced that had the wings of a wyvern but the body to a centaur. Unfortunately they couldn't fly and as with most mutations were actually at a disadvantage in combat. That and they were ugly to boot
Specials: Large Creature, off balance, speed reduction
Orc-Warrior- Pork Warrior
Mounted on bloated farm pigs these goblins try to pass themselves off as orcs with limited success
Specials: Champion Charge, Strike and Return, Disease
Shaman- Sha-woman
This more politically correct unit is also more deadly in combat
Specials: Cat fights with Shadow Witches, and Succubuses
Cheiftain- Alderman
This kindly old orc serves in an orc shire and wonders why he is in the middle of combat
Specials: Always has :Frailty, Confusion,Weakness cast on himself
Pao Kai- Plow Guy
A powerful "tank unit that ingnores obstacles and rams into units very slow.
Specials: +3 speed in snowy terrain can be combined with pork warrior to create "Cow Pie"
Cyclops- Old School Cyclops
Hailing from Heroes 2 this cyclops comes equipped with crazy red lazers!
Specials: Paralysis, 2 hex attack

For some reason, I think the alt. upgrade for Ghosts is going to be Banshees, with some kind of nerfed Banshee Howl ability. After all, we already have a Banshee hero (Deirdre).

Dkolb you really are a Funny guy  Love those alts, Cow pie... Hmm? Awesome
Just need to do some Academy alts(just incase they are annouced  )
Gremlin - Gremlin demolisher, can remove 25% of any mechanical things health (one time ability)
Gargoyle - Runic Gargoyle, reinforced with runes, this always have rune of Elemental immunity
Iron Golem - Obsidian Golem, same as Obsidian Gargoyle, No unlimeted relatation
Mage - Battlemage (that was confirmed so dont want to say anything)
Djinn - Djinn warrior, Only offensive cast, more offensive overall
Rakshasa - Rakshasa "something", Female, quicker, more def, Slicing att, 30% to give 10% more dmg
Colossus - Thunder giant, Melee, Lightning sword(adds lightning dmg to att 30* stack number (same as call lightning)), Immune to Mind Control, Immune to lightning

Dark Pink aren't that bad but they should have used darker tones and perhaps blue more. But still good alternatives. I got few correct quess aswell

With risk of over-interpretation, the announcement of Necropolis following Inferno would seem to support that Haven alternatives will be Renegades.
