You should watch Dogma.  Anyway, the Seraphin are the highest choirs of the Angels - thus, a Seraphin is an Archangel, it's just a more proper term - but since these new names are just about finding alternative names for the same thing, it would be a good name. Sounds cool also.
Of course, since we have the Devil upgrade into Arch Demon ( ), who knows what we will get - perhaps Angel upgrading into Holy Griffin?

I perfer Archangels since they are more logical upgrade to Angels since they are 8th and 9th tier in hierarchy respectively. not mentioning that seraphims are described more as singing than fighting type 
1 Seraphim (caretakers of God's throne, continuously singing his praises)
2 Cherubim (guardians of light and of the stars)
3 Thrones (Lords of Flame)
4 Dominions (Lords of Wisdom, regulate the duties of lower angels)
5 Virtues (Lords of Individuality, They inspire living things to many things such as art or science)
6 Powers (Lords of Shape, warrior angels, oversee the distribution of power among mankind)
7 Principalities (Lords of Mind, guardian angels of nations and countries)
8 Archangels (tend the larger arenas of living endeavor and act as the administrative leaders of the Heavenly beings)
9 Angels (lowest order of the angels, and the most familiar to men)

Naaah, there has to be "arch" in it.
Maybe "Arch Human" or "Arch Bird" or maybe "Arch Plane" ..... no, it's "Arch Superman"!!!

Seraphins are the highest of all Archangels...
It looks like this
Angel (2 wings)< Archangel (4 wings)< Seraphin (6 wings). There are also Herubins ( 4 wings, but have half lion half ox body), which are maybe more, maybe the same, or maybe less important than Seraphs are. Ezechiel saw them close to God, but Izaya (może jaki¶ Polak wie, jak jest Izajasz po angilesku???) saw Seraphs flying above the God, so I just DK...

Lith > Does that matter? Anyway, Lesij, maybe I'm mistaken, but I was under the impression that the term "Archangel" was a more general, less precise description of the higher-ranking angels with which the Seraphim belong. But I might be mistaken.

so seraphs are far away from archangels, they are closest to the God
