best in H5 : the black dragon. it has basically no weak spot (lots of HPs and damage, quick and immune to spells, ouch)
(but the omega dragon isn't bad either  )
best looking : magma dragon maybe
best in H4 : golem dragon. attacks before getting attacked 
best looking : probably the faerie dragon
best in h3 : hum, let me think...
best looking : I think it was the black dragon
I'm not sure I need to comment on H2 and H1.

Not that quick actually, having only 10 Initiative. And Immune to magic has its weakness as well, because it makes the dragons immune to any blessing.

H1=PURPLE IS THE WAY!
H2=Reds are just cool!  but can't forget the skellies either.
H3=Probably goldies but reds are cool too.
H4=Blackies supreme! 
H5=I like lavas but emeralds are pretty cool too.
BTW. Does anyone have an idea if the gold dragon mod for crystal is still alive? I tried finding it recently but only the beta gold dragon was to be found.

definitely the black dragon. And for those who think that magic immunity is not that good, then guess again. Especially now when they have 45-70 damage. A whole lot more than the heroes 3 version.

i prefer red dragon to black dragon
incinerate is just too awesome  plus all of that armor makes them look really deadly

More like insanely annoying due to a speed of 9. Too many times have I witness a slaughter from those pesky things flames.

Always loved the black dragon, it's a classic.
I'm a big fan of the Fortress dragon (Magma/lava?) too, though.

I've always liked the Black Dragons (from HOMM2). Purple Dragons in HOMM1 were cool. From HOMM3 I like the Azure Dragon and the Gold Dragon. Not sure about HOMM5 Dragon though and I've never played HOMM4.

Well, i like the Ghost Dragon in Homm3,
His Ageing attack could turn the page, esp when you preform Age+deathBlow+Luck Combo

I am a Sylvan Fan for their dragons i mean i have not played ToE but from what i like about their dragons is the are visually nice and they have decent stats and abilities to follow i mean not as strong as their black cousins but yeh

In Fallout You can have 200% in small guns and still criticly miss and break a leg, so i will take the chance
