But he is a Ringwraith

He raises his flail
And tosses it away
To the mighty Lich

As the Lich King blocks that
Witch King charges fast
His mighty flaming blade
Readied for the blast
Lich King didn't have time
To raise a shield of frost
And that came with such a
Horrifying cost
Witch King stabbed him with his
Sword with flames and fury
And the Lich King's sight now
Becomes pale and blurry
With his final breath he
Throws an icy shard
Before he completely
Finally falls apart
But that shard was not
An ordinary one
Who knows what the Lich King
With that shard has done
Imbued with the last breath
Of the dead Lich King
It cuts through the armor
And kills the Witch King.
So there you go. It's an equal position. Wee.
EDIT
And yes, werewolves are undead, at least in most mythologies. They are the restless spirits of dead men, similar to vampires, which arise from the grave, take the wolf form (willingly or as a curse by a powerful wizard and similar) and harass the population.
