As you know (or at least should know), the posts awarded with peanuts represent the funniest posts in HC (in the view of the Peanut Planters). So, it would be a great loss to let them burn in the VW furnace. To avoid this tragedy a copy of a winner post will be made in this thread, in the same post that announces the winner. As you can see this rule is already put in motion.
However, we were to late to save the first of these posts, namely the post of Shadowcaster. To right this wrong, we award Shadowcaster with the "One-Time Peanut Planter" title. It means that he now has a one time opportunity to name any* post and it will be automatically awarded a peanut.
*Of course Peanut Planters cannot receive peanuts for their posts. Also, One-Time Peanut Planter cannot nominate himself for a peanut.

I'm not sure what to do with Lord_Woock though. He was recently awarded a peanut for a whole thread. The problem is: that thread is in the VW and I can't quote a whole thread. Two possible solutions that I see:
1. Quote the first post only as a symbol to the thread.
2. Make him a One-Time Peanut Planter as well. (also shorter names for the title are more than welcome)
Edit: It seems that Shadowcaster's posts still exists and it was just my internet connection playing tricks with me. Therefore, his post is copied to this thread and his One-Time Peanut Planter status is terminated. Thanks to Pandora for digging up that thread.
Woock's problem still remains, however.

Unfunny spam may result in peanut penalty if it is used too often or is too unfunny.
