OK. I thought you said there was still undiscovered evidence in the den.
Moves back outside.
You didn't answer if there was any other evidence by the window. Torn clothes, hair, or other evidence.

Outside windows. No clues at the DEN window.
Only one vehicle belongs to Mr. Nasu, who is a guest. The rest belong to the driver or the owner of the house. Mr. Nasu has never had dealings with vehicles.
Time now 2pm. With the knowledge that somebody came through the den window, the suspects have been narrowed down to those who have rooms on the ground floor.
Kookastar
Binibik
Antipaladin.
All others are currently no longer suspects.

I didn't pay attention for one day, and now it's madness. I even forget what I want to ask as I move through the pages. lol
Anyway,
let's see a scenario. I go outside the house and find Binabik. I ask him if he has found anything suspicious from the outside of the den?
IF he shares that info with me, then
1) I check what is the "natural" position for someone sitting in front of the desk. In other words, was the guy who broke in visible by Mr. Nassu, or not? What's the deal?
2) Next, I'll pay a visit to Antipaladin's bedroom and have a look around. What can I find there?
3) Are all the guys blackmailed revealed, or do we have to ask the butler as well? 
4) What is the relationship of Anti with Mr. Nassu?

I'm outside.
I found some footprints outside the den window. The window has been forced open. There is evidence of someone entering and leaving through the window.
Currently I'm waiting for a response if there is anything else by any of the other windows or doors.

I can wait till later for the response from Mytical on the search outside. So I'm moving on.
*stops by the den to grab the napkin I forget to take earlier*
While there I notice the wallet sticking out of Nasu's pocket. I take it to look inside. I see some money and take it. The others in the room give me a dirty look.
"He bought flowers for my brother's funeral, OK?
I've been wanting to talk to Kooka, so I head there.
"Damn, there sure is a crowd in her room and I wanted to talk to her in private."
*Walks around the corner and writes something on a piece of paper. Then back to kooka's room.*
I try to catch her attention. When she finally notices me, I walk past and push the note in her hand.
It reads:
"glad he's dead
planted false evidence
hope this helps"

I've managed to make myself a copy of the note. I've analysed it and it's some kind of code. It read:
"JUD NFHJMF ISBEWKIE SIE NEGEMEWODH DKSNREUEMF DKIEN DGEKN EBGUJE EHYUDE EN DH"
I wonder what the English translation of that would be. I'm sure that there's a conspiracy afoot.

Ok, pardon me while I catch up, this will be edited a few times as I answer the questions. .
Though whoever came through the window would have been able to be seen by Mr. Nasu, tests indicate he may have been unconscious due to drugging.
Antipaladin's room - outside window (footprints (again partial) and a very very small amount of dirt on the window). Inside, there are a few things, but it has been thoroughly cleaned.
((Ok though I may miss some here are the people who would have motive : Daystar, Kookastar, Binibik, Antipaladin) ((if I forgot any just remember this was kind of spur of the moment)). They were either blackmailed, or Mr. Nasu was responsible for the deaths of their family members.
Anti has to answer about his relationship.
Mr. Nasu's car - No clues in or around it. Nor in the garage itself.

(He was strangled by somebody's hand) however, there is something to be found there. A discarded scotch bottle. It is not the same kind as found in the pantry either...and with that no more physical clues are to be found. Now it is just information. All clues are accounted for (physical).
