?

Just finished Bakemonogatari. I watched the first episode a year ago and didn't like it, but I recently decided to watch more and it's actually pretty good.

because de is a propositional particle, not prepositional like english of.

Nope, "de Odish" is surname, Avonu is name... but you still read it wrong.
Read it like in Japan:
Watashi wa Avonu (de) Odish => Watashi wa Shidou Nova -> Nova (of) Shidou
It's a little more complicated then simple Agrael->Raelag.

Been watching Black Lagoon finally and I've switched to the right mindset for it. The Black Lagoon is basically a group of shadowrunners and I like it a lot.
EDIT: I also made a shadowrun character that is basically Revvy but nicer before I even started watching Black Lagoon.
EDIT2 ELECTRIC BOOGALOO: An alcoholic female gunslinger.
