@ angelito.
You may be perfectly right in what you are saying but I didn't find the part that refers to how KD should be handled. Not that we need "guidance" but I think a explanation on the treatment of KD (if it hasn't been made elsewhere) or would be enlightening. Or is there not reason for that?
Again you are right about the issue with TnT but that doesn't make the KD issue different does it (again forget the picture I'm talking about his behaviour in general)?
EDIT: Or is this about "the new chance" in which we are supposed to treat him as if the previous incidents didn't happen and treat him according to what he has done now? Oh I think I get it now .... I think KDs biggest problem is that EVERYBODY is biased^^ (for pretty good reasons though).

I agree with Angelito. For me, I see that it does make a difference in the KD issue. This whole thread is just based on one small thing KD did (he even deleted the post yet TNT did quote the picture twice). Is it necessary to see the image when KD deleted it out of his own post?
I guess you can see right there that KD was mature enough to realise that what he did was wrong and he went out of his way to take the image out of his post.

William has pointed out the main things already. KD had his "bad habbit times". He collected -qp like others do with stamps. But he was never banned, only "bad mannered" (-4 qp in summary). Other (secondary) accounts were deleted to prevent him from flooding the forum with his stuff.
He came back as D_t_n, no one noticed from the very beginning. He changed his style, he stopped flooding and spamming outside VW. So we decided to give him that chance of a "new beginning". And as far as I can see, he hasn't recieved any penalty with this new account. And no, he also didn't deserve any yet.
If we would handle all the "CoC breaking" actions so resolute like many of the older members wish refering to newer (younger) members, we would have to penalize some of the veterans pretty often. Mostly because of "spamming outside the VW"
Examples:
Look up the "Wtf? can't log in" thread by doomforge (aargh). Posted in the Tribunal. Turned into a completely spam fest. At least 10 penalties to hand out.
TA has a short "time out" every now and then, when he posts 1-liners all over the forum (like "skub" or "k"). Would always be a penalty if handled resolute.
Others forget to replace swearing/vulgar words with "*" when they copy paste a text from the net, coz due to auto censor the don't recognize it (-> antipaladin)
So the same way as we may hand out a +qp more rarely nowadays, we do the same with -qp.
Just ask yourself (all of you), how often you broke the CoC and how often u did get penalized for that.

And no matter what you say, this forum is supposed to be against racism, and in the moment a post like the one above that is posted, it's obvious that there's a racism issue. The picture on the first page can be seen in many ways (although it looks quite clear to me), but that post can be. It's bright and clear. That's a thing you can't just ignore.

You does not seem to understand that only the draw is judged here, while imaginary previous posts (link please) are not. If he did errors by the past, he was punished and banned. Lets not accumulate everything without reasons.
15 yo adolescents say a lot of things they do not really believe in. About their parents most, about authority, and many negative others. It is just a naive way to try to be listened.
They certainly do not have to be judged as adults and responsible. Unless there is real evidence, and does not seems to me there is. it is a caricature, nothing else.
So do not jump on your horse and ask his head, because that looks very similar at what he is doing.

Well I would be on his 'most disliked' list for several reasons. However, I have noticed a bit more maturity also. I do also believe in giving people the benifit of the doubt. Not in favor of banning him tbh. Sometimes you have to take the high road with some things. It is hard, and sometimes somebody does something that really makes you angry. Of course there is a limit on how tolerant and understanding people should be also.
Heck there have been more then a few times I have been offended by somebody, and I am a pretty tolerant person. So..a penalty..maybe that is for the MoDs to decide. Ban? Again for the MoDs to decide, but I say no.

I suggest at least a penalty though.
I mean, Binabik once got a penalty for saying "All Americans were innocent in WW2, the Japanese were evil" or something like that. And now KD says "All Jews are Devils" and he doesn't get a penalty

Either a ban or 7 penalties (his 5 old ones + 1 for double accounting + 1 insulting Jews) Whih would give him a lot of Flood Protect.

We will discuss this issue in the squad also. In the meantime, I would like to see opinions about this supposed CoC breaking picture of Drako_the_noob here.
Things he did in the past are no issue and not arguable right now. They should have been treated (if needed!) at that time, now it is a bit late for that.
So please try to give some arguments (perhaps without big emotions) why u think this drawing should get a penalty. Also try to keep in mind, this drawing may be seen from more than 1 side...

but angelito pointed out meny things.
we ourselfs meny times defile the CoC on numerous occasins,the mods did get soft on us ,for being 'vets' he didnt actually said 'Jews must die' and the pic was removed instealy.
He isent SIRIOUS,as he didnt post in OSM about hes idology,but in the VW,which means hes spamming,not spreading nazi propaganda.
We have Freedome of speech,even if its in VW. Even,i cant say im offended by this pic,becouse i couldnt care less.
If someone SIRIOUS would post that then i might say i did..
someone like Death,or vlaad or even angelito in the OSM or tavern.
but commin from a person like KD,in the VW,this has hardly any weight.
i mean he is harmsless.
you TnT just feeling mad becouse you appriciate him too much.
He made a mistake,didnt you did it once?

im not siding with him,and the taste of the joke is quite poor.
but i just couldnt' care less about it.
