Thats is exactly what I asked for. Form my side I see nothing but a caricature. Not the best taste, but not worthing releasing the dogs at.

The problem is that this is a holocaust joke, during that time jews were forced to wear yellow pads on their arms with "jew" written on them and a yellow david cross on their chest. I lost 3 of my grandparents in the holocaust cause I'm originally from Russia, and as far as I know russians were not forced to go through that kind of unhuman humiliation.
When I saw this picture making fun of such a horrible topic the only thing I could think about is my grandparents and felt inside how they are turning in their graves.
But why do we have a discussion whether if ban him or not?! He had 4 accounts!!! What does the FAQ say? NO MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS. He never contributes anything to any thread he posts in... or maybe Angelito you think that posting 5 times in the same thread "I'm gonna bring snows!" is normal behaviour?
All the penalties he had gotten have been forgot so he can get another 5 then create a new account and get 5 more while humiliating black people and jews in the meantime.
Give me a break this is bull****!

As I said, we should try to discuss the current picture issue, not everything what happened in the past. And if u quote the FAQ, you should quote the whole paragraph..

He didn't. Therefore, if we should apply the CoC, he should be banned. No question about it. But if we want to be somewhat lenient, as we should be (since if every time someone posted something not SIRIOUS outside of the Tavern and Wastelands, HC would be in a rather sad state), we shouldn't ban him. What he did might be somewhat offensive, but come on. Just get a thicker skin. It's not that horrible. We should be far more offended by censorship than by this kind of comical racism.

Angelito, you haven't seen KD on MSN. You haven't see how he really is. He's simply twisted and rotten to the bone. Right, he hates Jews, but there is no difference in this case. Why? Because he said multiple times in MSN without ado that all Jews should die. Why do you think GL hate him? Because no matter what KD, Insults him. Why do you think he blocked Antipaladin? Because he tried to defend himself (wihn success) against KD's hatespam. I know you can't act fro things happening outsied HC, but really note this. He doesn't Hate Jews, he wishes them dead, and that's not joke.

I understand what you are saying Lexxan, but this is not to be judged here. What he is doing on MSN, Yahoo, ICQ, in his garden, on his roof or in his classroom is not interesting here, coz it is his private life. The CoC of HC only counts for HC.
You are all able to "ban" him on MSN, ICQ etc...so feel free to do so. But this shouldn't reflect on this issue here. If he writes such things as HCMs, it is a different case. This would be interesting of course.

Yes, I want to second that.
I don't hate KD, I just think that something is wrong with him. I told him once that 95% of my family was murdered by the Natzis and he laughed. That just sounds wrong to me.

I tried to clarify that part in my second post. I understand where the borderline is... In the real world, I would have laughed it off or reacted to disrespectful remarks. I just don't need it online. Had it been a personal insult, I would have found it much easier to ignore it - but nationalist and racist provocations undermine any discussion.
On the other hand, I do realize it might be my problem, not theirs. This is just a gaming forum... It's only natural.

@GL: You have the right to dislike him then. But MSN is not HC, in MSN you can "ban" him yourself.

As I said, he deserves at least a penalty IMO.
A ban may be too much, but if someone says that all Jews are Devils (with that pic), don't they deserve a penalty?
