Prince of Persia
Oh yeah! Hwo's up for the new Prince of Persia?
It looks more fun, amazing and enjoyable than ever before!
Just look at this trailer! (The sound fits it very good in some strange way)
I mean, did you all like the 3 first games? Climbing arround, jumping, fighting and control the time.. Thats just fun!
SOT was boring..
WW was very good, and much more enjoyable than SOT..
TTT Was the best of them, because of many new ideas of gameplay, and more fighting than the other 2..

I just hope it's bigger that before, and better looking graphics. And ofcourse less Bugs..

I would disagree. Sands of time was really the best one of the series, simply because of its originality, and the characterisations were really strong.
WW was beaten over the head with the angsty stick, and we lost all that decent storyline from the first one.
the two thrones wasn't as good, simply because of the fact that the dialogue was bollocks!
this new one, however, looks intriguing. bad choice in backing song, though. hopefully that won't be in the game.

The trailer is beautiful... It brings tears to my eyes
BUT! that's because they use such pretty music and it's something that touches me somehow (theme, not syaing anything more)
the scene looks like it's straight out of final fantasy!
I fear for it...
Anyway, if you dislikd the prince of persia series, then I would kindly ask you to leave and play some more counterstrike. All three of them had something. Warrior within was pretty cool, but do see that something's wrong with it and that it's easily branded as 'angsty emo'.
The third was awesome, the combat and environment looked nice. their bosses were great (btw, it was the first time that yahtzee commented something good about Quick time Events) (ignore resident evil: umbrella)
The problem with the third one was that the relationship between the prince and himself was more interesting that the one with Fara... Which is a major letdown, because he hardly gets punished or funnily commented on his flaws and such.
The first one was cool too, because the concept was entirely new, time altering and combat. in fact, it's the first time that I see the concept of time travel worked out so well and the second carried on with that tradition, but the third one just threw it in a corner, though...
Anyway, on what platform is the new PoP launched?

I don't hate them, I just feel that Ubisoft is not choosing the best music for the princes latest outing.
Its meant to be a fantasy about zoroastrian mythology, coupled with acrobatics in a beautiful arabian setting, but the music sounds like a cat having its tail pulled.

never played prince of persia 3D...
I do know the prince of persia on SNES, which had a VERY unforgiving difficulty level.
EDIT: Bixie, I hear yahtzee's opinion in your posts. I'm just saying that yahtzee can touch good points, but he's not always right and founding an entire opinion on what he says isn't the best thing you can do.
Oh, well, I guess I'm just a fanboy

Every part of the trilogy has its + and - every part is chalenging,but i like Warrior Within. Two Thrones was cool,but for me it lacked difficulty. Sands of Time was hardest of them all. Im looking forward to the new prince,because again we'll fight one vs one and not one vs a lot

I didn't say i don't like the POP series!
I just hope the new POP game will be as good as other new puplished games!
All 3 pop games was very fun to play, but they couldn't stand tall against some other games puplished the same years!
Acrobatic movements in old temples and arabic cities combined with huge bosses and enemies is a fantastic combination in gameplay! I just whanted better graphics, less bugs and more difrent traps arround the envoriments!
actually i can't whait for the game to come out!

b) Are you delusional? Does every game need to be unpayable and look like there's a used coffee filter over it?
c) you might want to stop saying "all three" prince of persia games, because there were more

I prefer Prince of Persia two.
The best in the whole series. 
The time limit can be annoying at start but when you get the hang of the game it's no problem.
Sands of Time was fun but the other two new ones became boring after a while.
Never played Prince of Persia 3D.

Yup!
1: In sot i two times could run through enemies without they attacked me!
2: In WW my slowmotion didn't turn off!?
3: I enterd a room (first time you meet one of thoose huge enemies) He wherent there! Then he dropped down from above me like a late spawn!
4: In ww, the whole ground was a moved down, so it looked like i was going on air! (Just like the bug i Farcry, where you run arround under the ground!)
5: I couldn't pick up enemy weapons in TTT
Ive seen theese several times. But i don't know if its my computers fault! I just don't think so!

No! (But could be awesome!) I exept graphics like HALF LIFE 2 at least! I hate playing games with medium graphics!

well, I played the PS2 and I never encountered those glitches...
and I don't need fancy lights to keep myself interested in movies
(yahtzee made a very interesting point 'bout blu-ray once)
I'm also never, for the life of me going to pay for something like blu-ray, simply because it has slightly higher res
CONCLUSION: I'm afraid I can't sympathise with any of your opinions, mate!

Arrh, i havent met any of thoose bugs on ps2 though! Only computer!
(I could be because i borrowed my friends games, and found a No-cd crack)
Hmm, bluray is expensive yes, but it's really much more worth than original DVD's! I have a 42" Full HD tv! So blueray is a must have for me! And that is why i love the PS3! ;p

Not exactly because there's a certain distance you need to stay away from the screen for maximum health and comfort, so bigger sizes =/= bigger "picture" from YOUR perspective, at least if you follow good advice that is.
I don't think it's important for me to see the skin details when someone talks in a movie. No really, this is what that extra resolution covers. I don't care that much about the skin details you know, when I watch a movie I look more at the thing it's supposed to represent. When someone talks, I listen to what they say and look at their facial expressions, rather than examine their skin details...
not to mention the camera noise which sometimes pretty much makes higher resolution a waste. (or do you want to see the noise?)
