HOMMIII: Most Worthless Creature
I'm sure most would say Peasant, but as a Necro.. there's nothing like coming upon a 1k+ stack of these guys. Instant Army!  My vote goes to:
Wight/Wraith
What the heck is the point of these guys other than fodder? That's nice that they absorb mana, but a stack of 100 lasts all of one turn. I've lost more of these guys in battle than skeletons. For the price, the lack of HP and small #/week, I can't see why anyone would bother wasting their money on this unit. The zombie is a much better buy. I could be wrong tho, and if anyone wants to persuade me otherwise, I'm all ears. 
What creature(s) leaves you wondering why 3DO even bothered coding them into the game?

You have a point. But don't you think the Bone and Ghost Dragons are the same for their level. I don't think it's a good idea to sacrifice Behemots and turn them into Bone/Ghost Dragons

I never play with peasants, but of the critters I use my vote goes to the Walking Dead. Those fellows are so darned slow that they impede your hero's getting around. Skeletons are faster (4 vs 3). A few hundred back at the castle might help sometimes, but I never bother to even upgrade the graveyard.

I agree with you, but you're wrong about the slowing down part.
A hero with Skeletons (speed 4) moves as slow as one with Walking Deads (speed 3).

OK, I'll take 100 wraiths and you can have 100 skells and we'll fight and see who wins.
The point is that it's always relative.

The hero with the skells moves faster. The only time they move the same is if they move in perfectly straight lines which rarely happens.

Well, as useless as they are, you at least get your 100 wraiths.
My cyclops never see any battle at all, and their dwelling isn't seeing much games either.

Yes. Walking Dead of course..
then maybe First Aid Tent as a second place.
The First Aid Tent is destroyed so fast/suddenly, especially when an enemy hero (especially Solmyr) has 13+ speed creatures + a spellbook with Chain Lightning.

Binabik:  Your missing my point.. you take the 100 wraiths, I'll take the 100 zombies.. Not only have I spent less $$$, but all else aside (bonuses, magic, etc), you're gunna get your arse handed to ya.. (or whatever wraiths have in such case lol)

But wraiths are flyers which comes handy when attacking castles Maybe more a skirmishing castle siege, but you have more possibiity to win as you would have with only ground troops. You know those times when you actually have much greater army, but because of no balistic skill, you're forced to watch the the battle from outside wall getting shot.

Wraiths are weak, I agree on this point. But if I have to choose between them and Walking Dead I gotta choose them. Wraiths are at least fly and fast, and they got regeneration to reduce losses in creeping.
And yes, all wraiths die in one or two turns, but zombies don't reach your enemy in one or two turns , so in fast paced battles wraiths are better.

Dwarves are useful in later game. Unupgraded has no use and is not advisable to build their dwelling in week 1 (if is not built yet).

I'd peasant, of course, the only good thing is if you're a necro, but then just a regular lvl 1 would be as good most of the times, or maybe pixies, note pixies not sprites, or regular gremlins. Worst creature compared to lvl??? Let me think for while.

Peasents are worthless (it's possible to take on a horde of them with your beginning army). Halflings suck, too (I was playing the last scenario in Heroes Chronicles: Conquest of the Underworld, and had like 1.5k of them, and they were wiped out in their first 2-3 turns). Gremlins and imps also suck. Same goes with wights.

Those who think its wights vs skelets,skelets are better.
ex:90 skells(6300$)42 wights(9660)the price is 2/3 as high and will get higher with greater #s.
Bone Dragons are weakest 7th,but they have a chance of halfing the targets HP,which can help u a lot.Zombies are not the worst,they are tough and can be used to sacrifice.So i go for peasant.

But then peasents are the best creatures, since you can only get them for free, and if they had a cost it would be 1, then 50 skeles=about infinite peasants. What I'm trying to say is: the wights are worse, compared to their lvl/cost, but they sure as hell are better then skeles.

ok,then necromancing skells is pointless?
peasants are weakest and u get a few per week,u cant get infinity.Infinity peasant is the most powerful unit.
