so we don't have to write those pitches, but to score all the other factions in ICTC? (I'm sorry, i'm not a native speaker, perhaps that's why I do not seem to get this properly quick...)

That is correct, no 700 word pitches any more, only complete factions will be graded.

So I have to send every faction (except mine) scores insead of making pich right? Or I don't have to send anything?

You grade the complete faction based on a score from 0 to 50
You can grade based on anything you want: creativity, length, battle system, whatever....
Write all of your scores on a word-processing document, don't post them in the thread.
It's helpful and polite to write comments along with your score but it's not necessary.
Before 12:01 am, May 1st, send your scores and comments via HCM to this person. The HCM link for that person is here
On May 3rd, I will post all the grades and comments from everybody in each individual thread, and announce the winner.

That's correct, the whole each faction.
Zamfir has volunteered to be a non-participant judge (thankyou very much Zamfir), so now the non-participants score will count for 50% of the total.
Additionally, if any faction has more non-participant scores than participant scores,then all the scores will be counted equally.
For example:
if a faction is graded by Mytical(non-participant), Zamfir(non-participant), and Lexxan (participant); instead of Lexxan counting for 50% and Mytical and Zamfir counting for 50%, everybody will count for 33%

Same to u i never check the colliseum.i di something like 2days ago and i saw it^^.
I presonaly think these are great kinda competition as they are cool.

Whew 9 scored so far (not including incompletes). I should be done on time (the 1st of the month). Most of you know I am the 'good guy' and unless incomplete none of the factions are getting too low of scores..however there are a few which really stand out right now. No perfect scores yet (and no, not telling WHICH 9 have been scored ). All in all these were very good entries. Give yourselves a pat on the back.

I hope you all enjoyed yourself in this contest. Sadly I had no time to take part this time although it was great fun to create my Pallas and rate all the other contestants in the last contest. Though I could have submitted my gnome faction I did for one of the smaller contests here it would have required some time for a workover too. But I hope I'll be in the next ICTC again.

@ Zamfir: So what? I've graded only one Proposal atm (giving it a decent score btw), and my vote will be counted as well. So what? Then you grade only those you can grade... and the rest: too bad for them then

well, lexxan you can't mean that?! Okay, I somehow heard this shall be the week of "no ", so I'm not sure if you're serious and I'm sending forth an excuse if you're not...but if you are I am firmly against it, for reasons of fairness.

Running a little behind (sorry) got caught up in college last few days. Will have final scores in about 13ish hours.
Done with the grading. Did not score incomplete factions (* a few I thought were incomplete I did score because they were complete enough). Will make some notes in the threads themselves, but not the score (and no comments in incomplete factions). I was really impressed with these. As for the ones that were incomplete I really hope to see them finished and in ICTC 5.
Unfortunately with my scoring, 4 are tied for first place. So it will be left to the others to decide the winner! Oh and there were no perfect scores.
