We can always make them dependent on spell power. For example you can make all of them stronger, but make their duration be dependent on spell power. Although as things are now, 1-2 turns is more then enough in most cases.
And I agree with all the changes RSF listed. (including damage range which could be affected by the weapon)

Alright so I'll give another description of the damage modifiers.
Damage = (0.50 to 1.50)*Attack - Defense
Energy Orb = (0.50 to 1.50)*Spell Power - Magic Resistance
So you just get a random number from 50 to 150.
Jack of All Trades = (1.00 to 4.00)*Your Stat - Enemy Stat

and some of the armors give you a retaliation. would this allow for double retaliation?

On the masterpost of the updated version I have 4 yellow stars under my avatar when I'm only supposed to have 3. And my alignment is +1, no 0

So what? Would you try new ideas for balansing Evasion? Tell me if you are busy and I will try to check all ideas and chosse those which make most sense.

I vote for RSF to be the new Loremaster! Let him handle all the rule updates and the gods will concentrate on leading fights and updating the character sheets.

Yeah I would like to continue fighting. But I would love to continue to improve this thread. I have a lot of ideas such as introducing Bosses and team fights.
If you guys would wish for me to organize the thread, then I can do that. However I would strongly recommend that we create a character/rules update thread. Something specifically for bookkeeping.
This way after every battle, it will be easier to log all of the changes made to the game and update the master post. It will also allow for the creation of new master posts, in case someone becomes inactive.

So I'm going for a HUGE update, let's call it 1st HC Carnage revolution. During this week I will work on this game and at the weekend I will post all updates.
What I'm planning to do so far:
- Obviously update players stats and etc.
- Try to balanse the Game.
Plus I will add new features, concretely:
- New equipment
- New spells
- New stats
- New actions
- New opponents: beasts
- New opponents: intellectual opponents
- New mode: survival (Can be team survival)
- New mode: adventrures

I think it would be better to work on all things and then update all. At the weekend I will have much free time.
Anyway, about balanse. I figured out two most senseble ideas:
1)Make a stat limits
2)Make new formula
Second one seems btter for me, I hope we will manage wothout capping, but anyway, what about new fromula? [Damage = Attack - Defense] will not prevent oneshot fights, so what about this one: [Damage = (Attack - Defense)/2]?
