1)Put an iron instead of glass on the windows in their bedroom.
2)Close them in their bedroom.
3)Secretely move my house under the water.
Then wait untill they decide to open the window to escape.  Of course I'll miss the house, but that worfs it.

I spend the entire amount to hire scientists to build me a combo time machine/portal into any video game, TV show, movie, etc. I want to go into.

Hmm... The possibilities... First of all I'd buy a mansion and a heap of land with it. Then some high quality tractors and other agrocultural tech. Also a high quality brewing equipment. It would be a step closer towards my domination of booze market!
Other purchases include:
-Muscle cars
-Camper van
-Booze
-bribe H4xors to take down xerox's wow account
-More booze
-Arabian steed(or two)
-Even more booze
-A motorboat
-Fishing equipment
-Yet more booze

as for me i would buy all the computer games in the world.

I'd buy a heap of islands, equipt each with dwellings, satellite, internet, catamarans, dragon boats, helipads and copters. Create a competition for people to invent the greatest competition that can be run using these objects - winner gets an island. I'd bury 988 treasure chests and make some maps with tea stained paper. A number of islands would have laboratories with scientists working around the clock on mysteries or inventions to change the world - cures, toys, telescopes, great works of art, and musical masterpieces (various genre). I'd send the balance to dishpigs around the world.
