I think it's some sort of in-combat action, more like a free raise dead spell or something. At least we know all racials have in-combat triggers, so that's what I imagine.

Yup - in H6, all deaths, both allied and enemy, fill up a gauge. You can use power from that gauge to increase numbers of your own stacks (even past their original size), and a percent of the risen sticks around after the combat ends.
What is pretty cool, to be honest.

ok. that's all on necromancy for now, I think, since we won't do which creature is revived as which now...
Next racial is transformation, also for necromancers
...which effects shall increase with increasing racial? choose 1-4
How many creatures can be transformed per day
OR
Which tier of creatures can be transformed
OR
If the creatures are transformed into upgrade or basic creature
OR
the ratio of original>transformed creatues (f.e. it could begin with you needing 5 creatures to make 1, than 3>1, etc.)

that's a variant I didn't think about...taken in!
now, on for beast-tamer. Only question occuring to me:
what shall be changed when advancing in the skill? choose 1-2
Which creatures can be summoned
OR
How many of them can be summoned

Fine and well, now, for soul on the land. What shall advancing in the racial improve? Choose 1-
New boni are available for the terrains (like on basic a terrain gives only +att, later also +dmg and even later one additional ability. just for example)
OR
Increasing the bonis allready there
OR
Opening up more terrains on which boni are available (so with basic, many terrains which are unfamiliar for the elves would not be in, but more the higher the things gets)
OR
Which tiers get the boni (it would again begin with only core units getting the boni then...)

ehm, I mistook to write you can choose 1-4 of these...still keep the choice, avi?
next racial^^ (not determining the certain boni now)
Blood Rage...what shall improve with increasing level of the racial? again, you can choose 1-4
Blood rage comes quicker
OR
Higher stages of rage can be reached
OR
Effect of Rage increased
OR
You get a little chance not to loose control of a raging unit

Second and fourth. Third is achieved by the second by itself, so it's somewhat redundant.

not exactly. When higher stages of rage can be reached, the units need to get first to the first stage, before they can proceed to the next ones. With effectincrease, the direct effect of the first reached stage is increased. that's quite a difference.
Cascade
1. How big shall the chance of keeping control of a raging unit be on Advanced level (it's 0% on level 1)!
Choose anything between 2 and 10 % (included)
2. How big shall the chance of keeping control of a raging unit be on expert level? (>than on advanced!)
Choose anything bigger than advanced between 5 and 20%
3. How big shall the chance of keeping control of a raging unit be on master level? (>than on expert!)
Choose anything bigger than advanced between 10 and 30%
4. How many stages of rage are there?
