1. On to Warcries...first, how is determined if a hero can learn warcries?

By his Attack & Defense stats
OR
By his power & Knowledge stats^^
OR
By his Warcries racial level

2. How shall warcry use be limited?

Some kind of energy is used, similar to spell points
OR
Hero can only shout a certain number of warcries per battle
OR
Warcries are not really limited, but a hero must wait some time (a turn or longer) after a warcry to shout again, 'cause it is so exhausting shouting a true warcry

makes sense. Now to the next...

empowered spells allows the hero to cast spells in empowered versions. It shall this time, work on All or at least more spells - not only damage, or one school. So my question is, on how many spells shall it, now, work?

I like that alternative, so it's taken in...and that's probably all to say for this racial, so far, so going on to

Slave Hunting (after a victorious battle, some enemy living creatures are taken slaves. You can decide if you want to sacrifice them (moral bonus), sell them (Money) or take some of them into your ranks with decreased stats.)

By what shall the number of enemies taken slave be capped/determined? Choose 2-4 of these and note some are not combinable (5&6 for example^^)

Because you do not. Some will just be badly wounded...and some you will just cripple, knockout, etc, not kill. Those are taken as slaves That needing coordination is why this is not available for everyone but needs a special racial skill

What, besides the number of slaves taken shall be determined by the racial? Choose 1-3

The effect (money got through selling, morale got through sacrificing, stats of taken units) improved

Additional options what to do with the slaves set free
OR
Enabling to enslave stronger units

Look, even back in H3, this sucked quite a lot.

I choose just the first variable, the other ones should be set, and set at high maximums. Just to not make this the weakest racial ever.

that would be hard after slavery was set quite inflexible

I don't know another question for archive, so on to
Repair (After each battle they are able to spend a relatively small amount of resources to raise some their fallen troops. This only applies to non-living units.)

What shall improving this racial effect? choose 1-3

Decrease the cost of repairing
OR
Allows to repair stronger troops
OR
Increases the number of troops that can be repaired

Honour Guard (Every WIzard has an honour guard, a special unit that does not need a stack placeholder, unless it's the last stack - so a wizard can survive with only their honour guard. Strength and number of the Guard depend on many things, but the hero level has greatest impact.)

What shall the racial level determine? Choose 1-3
