Like, right now, berny.
@ everyone: I decided to harass you a little by sprinkling injuries. I hope you all find it in your hart to forgive me.
The golem's almost rendered inactive and the bandits almost rout, so really, you'll all be fine!

*cue final fantasy victory theme*
Also, Adal didn't get flattened, he was stabbed. If he was flattened, he'd be dead or at least pretty useless for the rest of the adventure.
EDIT: Darren is unconscious, so it's up to someone else t take up leadership for a few seconds.

Well, it's destroyed, so yeah, I guess it works if you throw acid on it and have two super humans wail on it a few times.

You killed their mage, a golem and half their men and none of you are killed or rendered useless, except Darren who was rendered unconscious and Joonas' char who flew away. Common criminals aren't really the bravest lot that stand and fight to the last man. If they were, they wouldn't be highwaymen, but mercenaries and soldiers.

ohh, just to note - The heal pot I used is just a slight power boost to the body. It's natural healing capabilities and immune defenses were raised(+1).

Gentlemen, meet Edwin.
Also, this is a camp fire moment, you guys can socialise for a while. (you can basically: my character did his job and sat at the fire and talked whatever) (if you want to do some exposition, I suggest to do it now, you can also discuss the fight a bit) Tomorrow I'll be gone for a week, so take your time with this. then I'll be back and chug on to Mansraught where I have four encounters ready. You already know of one and the other three are easy to guess, I reckon.
EDIT: No guesses? Awww...

Sorry, guys, I'm dropping out of this one. The rules are too restrictive for me to be able to write effectively. Feel free to do whatever you want with my character.

Added rule: ineffectual dialogue can always be had against NPC's, if you so desire.
+ Horace is a ball of insecurity and doormatness (that wields a warhammer) who will only talk in nods and polite follow-up questions with some exceptions, like his brother for instance and very good friends. At the rate keksi is interacting with the other PC's, I doubt that will happen with a lot of people, so he can also be a wall to dictate your "war and peace" against.
EDIT: Also, mvass, your character will probably face its planned encounter and die, in that case, unless I come up with something better.

Die? Hehehehe, no, of course I won't let this thing die. After all, that would not be as fun as it would be to personally strangle this RPG to a slow and painful death, now would it?
All jokes aside, meh, I don't want this to die.

Okay, guys, I have four encounters, so I require four groups in this next zone.
These are my suggestions (and the people I've had in mind for the encounters
1) The two brothers and Boolroc (Boolroc wanting to keep a close eye on Darren for obvious reasons)
2) Adal and Obsidian (Obsidian wanting to keep an eye on the guy who recently survived a horrible shot to the face)
3) Dragomir, his companion and Charles (the military types, being comrades makes sense, sorta. )
4) Quasu and Amenta ("The outsiders")
If anyone disagrees with the group compositions, bonk me on the head with anHCM or something. Make yourself at home in an inn in lovely Mansraught and I'll quickly HCM you with encounter info or just post one, if you're in an ideal position for the one I had in mind.

Kip is gone, can't update for him. Joonas, I'll have a chat with soon enough and I can't update Boolroc, without an HCM from WO *wink wink nudge nudge.*
Those who are still up for it, alive, young and full of energy, let's have a crack at this!
