I think they might be trying a little bit too hard to make Star Trek feel trendy (I was half expecting to see a scene with a disco ball on the bridge and Captain Kirk burying his face in a pile of crystal meth), but I've enjoyed the first two movies.
The doctor is my favorite.

Master of None is worth a look.
I'm also enjoying Vikings right now. Some great production values, action choreography, and acting. It's too bad the quality of the script writing doesn't always live up to the rest of it.

finally started watching game of thrones. got to the episode where boromir was horribly disgraced, and SPOILER ALERT lost his head.
i want to see that little white-haired prick's character obliterated. he is soooo easy to despise(just like in the other movie he was in, forget what that was).
i hope boromir's youngest daughter(the one with the awesome personality)gets to take him out. she's one of my 3 favorite characters, alongside the dwarf and the targaryen queen.
no shock at all, they made it pretty obvious what was going to happen to 'ol boromir. that didn't save me from hating the little brat, though. he is so easily detestable. just his face alone makes me want to beat him, forget about his character. that kid'll be typecast for eternity.
just finished with season one. love the targaryen with her SPOILER ALERT baby dragons. they're so cute! can't wait to see them grow up to make the sexy mommy happy.
too bad my 3 favorite characters are all from different families. i know they won't all get to live. i already know the dwarf dies sometime in the series, so that'll suck. i'll just have to enjoy his presence until then.
Bought all X-files seasons and tasting episodes at a one per day rate. Fantastic show, each episode is carefully polished then supported by excellent background music as well. + there is an incredible chemistry slowly growing between both actors, I love that.

Well if you feel like a slightly slower paced drama, then Americans. + hungry for Cold War.
In almost all other cases Breaking Bad. Too good.
