I have created a support ticket here:

Chose the HoMM VI Digital Deluxe edition and went from there.

The support employee pointed me to this link:
http://ubisoft-en.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/15573

That's the Knowledgebase article with the direct link to the missing content download, BUT you will need a code because it's listed at 19.99 euros without the proper promotion code. (I suspect to prevent illegal copying and obtaining the content)

Saw your post...I think. My native is danish, but speak excellent english, can understand some german and a tiny bit of spanish, so I found your post. Trying once more to get into contact with ubisoft though email, while adding a picture this time. Don't know if it will help, but if it comes down to it, then I still have the number for customer support from the last time I asked.

But as you said, then there was no promo-code for the content listed. Sadly though it didn't list Akasha or the Edge of Chaos, which is why I am going to try contacting them once again.

If by support ticket You mean a submitted issue to Ubi support, I've done that a week ago, even updating it, when first the support... was not being helpful,(Their response in a nutshell: It's there, but you  must have overlooked it,ID10T) without results of any kind. If not, could You tell me how to select the digital deluxe edition via your first link? All I could see, was the collector's, and the standard.

It may look like the collector's edition, but beneath it says digital deluxe edition or something like that.

Regardless of which version you select to create the support ticket, I suspect it will be dropped at the same group of support staff.
So, obviously you got unlucky with your support employee being an incompetent one.

I haven't heard back from good old Fred yet either.

You seem rather close to your ubi-support member staff, thinking about getting a new one, can you tell me where you got him. Mine dosen't answer my mails or calls me back, think he is just being childish and ignoring me

On a serious note, then please tell if you find out anything. Hoping this will apply to the pre-order bonuses as well as the other content.

I did get it through ubishop, and edge of chaos is currently equipped for my Sandor.  I needed no code.  Ok..for those going through Ubishop..might want to send an email to ubi support instead.  I got a very quick reply, letting me know that the objects were already unlocked, and that the Exclusive Content tab is for future items .. of course after I already figured out I had Edge of Chaos.  Ubishop flat out told me they could not help, and pointed me to ubi support.

Edit: If ubi support can not help you, try contacting UbiShop support.

If I recall, then yours was the digital edition right? Cause mine is the standard(physical) collector's edition so I am not quite sure if it applies to me as well. The reason I am writing in this post is that i searched and found another topic, which told to put all posts related to the Akasha/Edge of chaos issue in here.

I already posted this in the Collector's Edition topic but wanted to post it here again because this is the right topic for it.

I got the Collector's Edition from the UbiShop. It includes a code for the bonus mission and the four bonus heroes. There is no code for the two pre-order items in it (Akasha + Edge of Chaos).

I contacted the customer support some days ago but got no answer yet.

Well, that's good.

I do have to wonder somewhat how it took them this long to resolve what seems to me to be a downloading issue, but at least it's been fixed.

Sadly though mine is still in the works, but hopefully it will be resolved by monday. How is the army treating you so far? And where are you supposed to be stationed?
