Yeah I know, my point was you can't double cast a unique as you can for example 2 Monsoons.

So, I just annihilated a 1500+ Shaar control deck with The Strength of the Sea - it negates the effects of Altar of Shadows and Broken Bridge. Just letting you know if you had some doubts about it.

Yes, can't bring myself to play anything else these days. Gameplay is too damn addictive. My record os 1412, time to break it.

I've been testing two Kelthor decks recently, I'd like you all to give your opinion which one is... better in the general case. Here they are:
1) kelthor enrage
2)kelthor not enrage

The enrage one looks harder to counter, plus You don't have to worry about Fortune Ward. Oh, and You can make use of your special too.
I'm still a 1100 ELO noob though take this with a pinch of salt.

Yes, this is close to my reasoning as well. However, the disadvantages of the first deck are: 1) 2x4 creatures that don't do anything really (Maulers and Warchanters); 2) a lot of "small" creatures that can be wiped out easily by mass removal spells. The advantages of the other deck are that all my creatures do damage and don't rely on combos and their comrades deaths to pose a real threat. Is it better to wait 1-2 rounds and have my Warchanter scratch its behind all that time, only to deal 2-3 enrage damage with Kelthor? I could use these turns to inflict damage... It's a rush deck, get your opponent to 10-ish life and finish him with the stampedes. Pure and simple.
And yet, Kelthor's special ability proves priceless from time to time.
I'm currently at 1350 ELO btw.

Warchanters are deadly with Kelthor, Maulers less so. Though You can always wait 2-3 turns and use the Mauler for free Enrage Damage early on.
PS: Week of Mercs still works on Chanters, nasty for that surprise last damage point to be delivered by them.
