Ivor, English fonts are generally bigger and does no suit small boxes for numbers. I had the same issue with portraits manager and Salamandre solved it by editing dialog txt (enlarging boxes).

Ivorrus, based on your last upload, I translated both dialogs in english and fixed fonts size to properly show, both for text and troops value. I let you fix the experience value based on the resized boxes and fonts (medFont.fnt) I used. Probably within a few hours of test, you could also find the proper box size to display big fonts. If you get an english version, that's it...

Sal, I replaced texts with the link above. First time I cast spell, I can move troops from upper box to hero box, if I want to put them back they are locked again. second day, I cast spell again, this time boxes are locked completely like before, only difference is I see creature numbers this time.

Also, I edited text from MoPDlg020 "town garrison" to "Town Garrison" which will look much beter and proper but capitols still don't display.

You can not put troops back, this is not regular Heroes 3 action. It is a special dialog which only scripts moving from upper boxes to lower. Unless Ivorrus codes the reverse too, but then it will provoke a big break game. (easy moving troops through towns in one click)

Anyway, the mod is not ready, he has to resize fonts for experience, based on values I used. The problem is the russian fonts, they have different size.

I solved the capital letter problem by editing erm script line:

!!VRz1:S^%Z1 Town Garrison^;

Spell works one time only, also further testing made me notice, when we cast it, mana is not reduced.

This is because the spell replaces "Disguise". Or when you cast disguise, it remains active for that turn, if recast no mana is used. Heroes internals...water walk, fly, they all work like this.

What is wrong? I cast first day, mana is used, I can summon creatures. End turn, I cast again, mana is used, I can summon.

Nope. I can only cast properly on first day for once, no spell point ever reduced. I only replaced text files in the pac, did you update anything else, should I reload? If not, I will try disabling other mods and search for conflict.

Also, I can only take a set of creatures from one box, for once. If I try to move any other, they are locked.

Hmm, I tested without other mods. I cast, 12 sp cost. Further casts this day will cost nothing because "disguise" is active. End turn, I cast again, 12 sp cost.

And moving troops other than from town to your box is not possible, the script does not work as a garrison. For regular moves, you must close the dialog. Then cast the spell again, after rearranging your troops. Maybe Iv can explain, but his english is not the best I saw.

I got that part. What I mean is, if there are 6 air elementals and two water elementals in town, when I move air elementals down, that's it, I can not move anything anymore.

I tried with only Wog Mod active, same results. Mana reduces only once, spell works only once, for one unit.

Unless I don't understand what's going bad, I tested and moved 2 troops in same cast in the 2 available spots.

Yes, you got it right. It doesnt work for me. Everything else, including the HD mod is disabled. I also tried downloading the new erm file you linked, it was different: 12 KB instead of 8 KB and the file was named reinforcements-eng instead of only reinforcements but all the proplems are still there: No mana reduction after first cast, no second unit movement, and except first cast, even if we skip a day (or two), window pops up but boxes are locked.

So I have no idea how it works for you and not me.

Maybe you forgot that the spell depends on your fire magic school level. In my test I have fire expert.

Not being able to move second units was due to that. Rest is still the same, second day cast is manaless and boxes are locked even if it's first tier creature.
