Welcome to the Church of the Solar Moon.

We are a welcoming and thriving community and we will help you reach spiritual illumination and freedom by guiding you on the path to god.
We will help you free yourself of all your material possessions, as attachment to materialism is the manifestation of your fear of being nothing and finding no meaning in your life, and an obstacle to your complete liberation.
God be with you and Gold be with us.

Freedom, or its full chemical name, FReEuDsOMn, is an extremely dangerous chemical compound that will produce volatile and completely unpredictable results when mixed with pretty much anything, but is still necessary in almost all experiments involving people.

here's a good reason why. in order to:

that, and because if the human race doesn't kill every once in a while, they'll go straight banana's.

that should reset my score to zero.

On the subject of war there are many views about it being useless, because of civilian deaths, economic losses or just plain pacifism.
But we should all be aware that in many cases war IS the answer to many problems of this world.
How could we settle our differences through dialog? If it's difficult to convince someone about a subject imagine to convince them to tollerate each other. Instead through death and terror we are able to defeat this opposition and pose ourselves at the top.
Also how can we defend our borders from the incoming hordes of strangers that plunder our lands? Always through war, and remember to not be merciful to them, as they won't have any of us.
And finally it's also a perfect way to use criminals that otherwise would remain idle to enlarge our armies and force them to march against the enemies of our country.

War is not simply needed, it is essential, some would even call it desired. The human race came to be through survival of the fittest. We became the strongest race on the planet for a reason, we are the best at surviving.

However, should we simply stop there, we'd still be living in tribes, hunting animals with crude weapons. We needed a way to evolve, to grow even stronger. War is, by far, the most effective method to determine who is the strongest and smartest among us, simply because they'll be the ones surviving when the war has ended.

War is the ultimate motivation, the will to survive forces us to excel, create new technology, develop new strategies, explore new territory. The roman empire, the empire that, troughout human history, was the most succesful empire; trough wealth, power, size, and technology (for it's time, obviously), was built on war, on conquest. Had there not been war, there'd been no need to invent global transportation or communication.

The desire to become stronger than your neighbor, the desire that starts a war, is the one desire we need to survive as a race.
If nature says survival of the fittest, war is, by any stretch of the imagination, the embodiment of nature itself.

Back in Nam I knew a guy we used to call blackjack jack, who would always play blackjack in the tents when it was raining, which was all the time. He'd be in there playing blackjack while constantly making bets, always losing money and winning money. it was a tough time but somehow he always managed to stay on top. some people say that he made contact with the locals and bartered good for more money. anyway, one night while the camp was on deep patrol we ended up getting cut off. Charlie was all over the place and moved in on us while it was dark. we shot a flare off and found probably several hundred gooks moving in on our position, not more than maybe twenty yards out. we started opening fire on them, but they was on our back also and almost the entire group got shot down, cept for a couple of us that lay bleeding on the ground with shrapnel wounds. enough to drop us but not enough to kill us. then there was blackjack jack. he was in his tent playing blackjack with himself, just shuffling those cards away in his tent, somehow keeping them dry when there was rain all around. those gooks moved in, but for some reason or another they didn't kill them. they laughed and they just started playing blackjack with him. they were celebrating the victory and drinking rice liquor and laughing it up. laughing it up because they figure blackjack jack was like a toy for them or something. some silly little man for them to laugh at till they kill him. well, guess what, blackjack jack did something he never did before. he started sharing his whiskey with other people. with gooks! two hours later all those gooks, all two hundred of them, were on the ground dead, poisoned by blackjack jack. BLACKJACK JACK BUILT UP A TOLERANCE TO HIS OWN POISON. shyiiit. you think he stopped there? no sir, he followed their trail back to the village and killed every single woman and child in that village, so that their seed would be forever removed from the earth. but before he did that he pinned some of the women to the walls with fishing harpoons and raped them. blackjack jack had it hard and he didnt know what to do. you can say whatever you want about that, but it don't matter because YOU WEREN'T THERE, MAN. people moralize about blackjack jack, but everything blackjack jack did, he did because he loved his brothers and he just wanted to go home. he loved everybody and did what he needed to do and there isn't anything to say about it because YOU WEREN'T THERE. All I know is, if there wasn't no war, then blackjack jack wouldn't have gotten to play so many great card games with us, and im grateful for that time no matter what nobody says. FUK YA'LL, PEACE!

that's a tough question.

if war had never existed, we could never have played games such as Homm. thanks to war, we are able to entertain ourselves. but war also unfortunately inspired games such as the Call of Duty serie. war brought us entertainment, but modern warfare with all its drones and satellite strikes is ruining it. facing your opponent and starring at him in the eyes is fun, but no ones finds fighting drones funny.
