Edit: And actually I guess that Heal check should be a 16, since I have no idea how a healing seal is supposed to help me know something like that. Though, I don't know if I can use that skill for that in the first place...

Blessings will basically give bonuses or penalties depending on where you are and what other creatures are in each "zone". Each zone will be aligned with one of the three main factions (Creation, Void or Oblivion) depending on how many Hit Dice (so effectively, levels) of each faction is present within them.
If there is 50% of one faction, that makes a Weak Alignment and gives a small bonus to the actions/ saving throws creatures of that faction as long as they are in it. If the zone has a 90% or higher composition of one faction, then that gives the zone a Strong Alignment, and gives a bonus based on which faction is in control. However, creatures with the opposite blessing (so a creature with a Blessing of Creation in an Oblivion zone) will instead take penalties based on how strong the zone is.
Since you have the Blessing of Creation, let's go over what you get:
The Blessing of Creation
-In a zone of Weak Creation, the blessed creature gains a +1 untyped bonus to their armor class, saving throws and attack bonus. In a zone of Strong Creation, this bonus is increased to +2 and the creatures gain Fast Healing 2 (so you heal 2 damage/ round, aka 2/6 seconds).
-In a zone of Weak or Strong Void, the blessed creature has no modifications.
-In a zone of Weak Oblivion, the blessed creature has a -1 untyped penalty to their damage rolls, saving throws and attack bonus. In a zone of Strong Oblivion, this penalty increases to -2, and the blessed creature is dealt an additional 2 damage from all sources.

I will tell you what each zone is. Your aura will change depending on which zone you are in, after all, so it would be silly of me not to.

Does OUR presence in a zone count toward whether it's aligned to our faction? And how big of an area is a zone, or does it depend?

If Feather can see it, wouldn't Ciaran be able to too? She has a higher perception than Feather does. Unless her vision is blocked by the dragon's body.

@Kareeah: Yes, you count towards a zone' alignment now, since you are now technically aligned with Creation. So the party adds 28HD to the zone for Creation's influence. In some situations (like swarm battles), this means that the alignment of a zone could shift between being in the enemy's favor to being in the party's (and vice-versa).
@Alkar: Oh, forgot about Ciaran's massive perception... she sees things too.
