Yrris mentions something about Raelag being fond of human women, to which he responds "You know it wasn't like that. Besides, she's dead now. Show some respect." Then later, he mentions Deirdre's sacrifice.
Unless I missed something, the only thing that suggest they were lovers is Yrris's words - with which he immediately disagreed. It's certain they came to know themselves well, but there's no evidence of relationship there.
Funny, because until I came to write that post, I thought they were lovers, too...

I think Raelag was speaking about Cate - she was also servant of Malassa and in H6's blood epilogue script, Raelag showed up and shot Michael dead after Cate was killed.

I think you guys should try to understand that a guy is allowed to have a new relationship 400 years after her original partner's death.
Is there a way to mark spoilers here? I mean, I have one relevant to this discussion, but it's a big one.

well, he's always chasing some lady whenever he shows up, right? the fact that he's still the go-to hero for dungeon campaigns is really dull since he's not even remotely interesting.
(psst, ubi. next dungeon campaign, make the protagonist a minotaur aiming for the top of dungeon society. similar to the mutare campaign in AB(or was it SoD?))

He was more interesting as Agrael. Hiding his face and motivations behind a mask, throwing cryptic remarks and cynical lines, not being averse to underhanded methods or cruelty. He was kind of fun. As Raelag he kind of wasn't and that didn't change in shades.

So, in one of H6-related comic books there is one major spoiler about Cate and Deirdre, which is related to Raelag and his apparent relationship with Deirdre and/or Cate...

How are succubi able to disguise themselves as other people, like Biara did? Being able to do so on a whim is a bit too... faceless-like. Not to mention a bit too convenient and as such, too rarely used.
Isabel in Tribes of the East mentions something about her blood being taken, when the demons separated her spirit and memories from her body. Could it be one of the requirements?
I don't know, I just wonder how simple exactly it is?

Probably something along those lines. Isabel had her soul broken, Biara killed Betrice, and we dont know anything about Shadya. Xana's human form seemed to be her own previous body.
