 I'm sorry man. It feels like that happens a lot with newer games. I hope that they will fix that.

In-game, now. Graphics card setting is set to the one I have built-in (GeForce GT 630), and since I have nothing else it works fine.
Right, let's get going.

Stevie, you could try disabling one of your cards in Device Manager, that worked for GTAV for my friend. However, there is no guarantee that it will work.

sorry I'm just poping quickly regarding this video card issue.
To use the correct graphics card, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the NVIDIA control panel
- Then manage 3D settings and select "MMH7Game-Win64-Shipping.exe"
If the game is running under integrated graphics, please change it to high-performance NVIDIA then try the game again.

Issue partially solved, got dl link but it refuses to actually start dling.
When in doubt, restart the client; DL going strong at 2.5 Mb/s

The game is indeed quite slow on an integrated card, but that is not the main issue. This happens when entering a Town:
The screen turns to wide mode suddenly. Note, I don't have a widescreen monitor, but a 19 inch one. How do I change it back to normal, or is this not yet possible? 
I also noticed things are so small. The option screen, things on the map, being Hero and Unit icons in-town...
Hehe, I'm basically reviewing already, but I will create an overall one later on  .

I changed my default gpu to the dedicated one globally. Game works now.
Still, that thing where you're supposed to switch between gpu's is just broken.
