Are there missing props from the map editor?

Hello everyone!

Just bought Heroes 7 and I started playing the Haven missions. After that I loaded the Map Editor as I always loved it but I noticed that there are missing Props.

In the Haven mission at the start there are Houses (non interactable) and I can't find them in the Map Editor. In the Props tab I think I see only Cave decoration. And I don't even have Underground on the map.

I have tried everything but I can't find more decorative items. Are they really just those?! The previous Heroes games had way more decorations!

If anyone know please help.

Regards!

They might be the only ones. HoMM7 really lacks visuals, and strongly. It's almost only empty, painted terrain with some rocks and trees, usually.

But in the campaign it looks really nice. How can the editor NOT have these assets?!

They just didn't care. Simple as that. At least H6 was pretty good, but you couldn't mod it (or create maps. But it was easier than in H7 anyway). H7 has lots of modding possibilities, and that's the way to go for it (I mean, modding the game, not that HoMM games should be empty but able to be modded).

Yeah, probably. You might try to open campaign maps somehow and copy-paste objects from them into your own map.

Never knew that. Guess the crashes become 10 times more often, right (don't take this too seriously, I'm joking)?

well, if u know what causes crash, u can certainly avoid em it takes some practice tough... usually it is best to load everything u want when u start working on seomething, i think it is not so good to load big packages while u work on something

Is there a guide how to load things that we need? For example how to know what package is Props?
