What are the dress norms like where you live?
Okay. So something I often do around March when we have a warmer day moving into spring (like around 15 degrees) is that I have the urge to put on shorts even though that's still pretty brisk weather for shorts around here. Mostly it's because it feels good to wear shorts again so when I have the opportunity I tend to jump on it.
What I read (I don't know how widespread it is) is that in Italy, you typically dress to the season rather than to the weather, meaning it would be unusual to see somebody in shorts unless it's in the summer months, even if you have a hotter than average day.
How do you guys dress where you are from?

I remember from the times I was living in an academics town, that the first sign of spring there were students wearing shorts and t's.
And by "spring" I mean around +5 celsius XD

Wouldn't know about Italy, here in Sicily we dress according to our internal temperature, so my mother wears winter clothing until May, I whip out T-shirts until March where I do wear a jacket because March is crazy.
A friend of mine wore shorts for most of the year, and it's not uncommon to see people wearing t-shirts while others are wearing jackets.
Probably Italians are currently shivering wearing spring clothing during the current cold snap.

I'm still dressing handsome G-Star Raw l size black-coloured winter jacket paid 199€, but in the US, you buy 300$. I've a price tag. Nice G-Star has arrived in the US. Ok I'm also using blue G-Star Raw winter shoes paid 149,90€, when you can see my shoes like summer, but warm and thick in shoes. If you want winter-looking shoes, not summer due to cheap version used walking a street. Ok true G-Star Raw winter shoes pay +200€, I've seen 299€ so you walk around forest, etc Then normal G-Star Raw jeans. Soon I dressing G-Star Raw sweater and hoodie, but still on winter shoes.

My expectations are very low these days.

so, aside from a prison jumpsuit, what was the worst outfit your client has worn to court?
Also since you commit the faux pas of wearing those matching sets of tie and pocket square, I thing you had forsaken the right to comment on other people's style.
