Apology letter
Hello there! I'm back,I am sorry I wasn't here because I've been very busy these days, but I'm here now...
My Apology letter:
Dear Albyx, Iliveinabox05, Ehlesgens-Art and H4Zer0!
I'm very, very sorry for what Nemo and I did, and I feel very bad about it. I am very ashamed of myself. Forgive me please!
I know what we did is unforgivable, and stealing is not nice. I am also sorry for all the lies. 
It all started about half a year ago, when originally was my idea to merge H4EM features with H4 Ult, but not by stealing the dll files, but actually working together and helping each other. But of course there was an affair between Nemo and the other modders. I tried to convince him to apologise, but you know how stubborn he is, with no success.
Then the next updates came out and N thought to put in the dll files in V9. Although it was my experimenting idea in the first place, but not to harm you, your mod or your rights, but to let players try out the latest bug fixes and updates. As a CM I would like to give players the best H4 experience possible. But of course N, ignored this and put in the dll files, renaming and all other stuff,I didn't agree with him. I expressed my concern that this would not end well, that we should not put it in, especially without credits. If I could go back in time, I wouldn't let Nemo put the files!
I acknowledge that you have achieved a lot of things with the EM mod, the most notable of which is the Turn Order mod, bug fixes, AI improvements,Town conversion, mod manager and more... And I totally respect that, I could say we were a bit jealous of these things, because these new features are quite tempting! Yes, because the modding of the regular game exe is quite limited, compared to Equi-based and Zero's work. I note this is very nice work, I've also seen the demo of the Heroic Banner and the ammo cart, and really congratulations guys!
But you also have to admit that N has done quite a lot of things with the ultimate mod. A complex mod that covers almost everything in the game: creatures, spells, animations,balance, full portrait remaster, and of course the remastered campaigns and the new editor with tons of new objects! That's why I joined him and it has been part of my life for about 3 years now.
Back on topic, I am very sorry about this whole situation. I deleted my previous post about that, I have changed my mind since then compeletely. I am sorry that we have put you in such a terrible situation. I apologize to you Albyx for calling you a coward and a rat, that is not my style. I am deeply sorry for banning you out of our server, I was not myself.. And, of course, I'm sorry to all of you that has been banned! And I'm very sorry and ashamed that we stole your work along with the Dll files!
Sorry Iliveinabox, I know we didn't take the H4 Chronicles campaign out of the mod, as I promised it, but unfortunately I'm not the uploader of the mod. I asked N about it, but he didn't listen to me at all. For H4Zero, I'm very sorry for hurting your friends, and I know you've lost trust in me, but I am not an accomplice of him in this whole theft situation at all to be clear. I am sorry and I beg for your forgiveness, Ehlesgens-Art. I didn't know who you were, I remember you now, we used to have a nice chat when our mod started. And I'm still the enthusiastic person I was before...By the way, congratulations on the Titan model, it looks soo awesome! 
What happens next? After much discussion with Nemo he has decided that I will be in charge of the mod from now on! Nemo is going to retire form H4 modding compeletely, after he release V10 update soon. He has finished his work here, because he has really achieved everything he needed to do in the mod. From now on, I will not be only the Community Manager for H4 Ult, but also the Mod uploader too! He gave me permission for everything.
So from now on, the damage we have done to you (which I'm very sorry about) will be repaired by me... So, I would like to undo and repair the damage as soon as possible!. Starting by removing the Turn order mode and all the 3 other dll files too. And of course the Chronicles Campaigns will be completely removed as well. And I'll take them and the mentions out of the patch notes too! This will happen for the V9.4 update! I will going to unban everyone who has been kicked off the DC server, feel free to join back. If you don't want to, you don't have to, but you're always welcomed here by me.
In conclusion, I am very sorry for this whole incident, I promise it will not happen again! Once again, I am very sorry about the whole thing and I beg for your forgiveness. I know that you will not forgive me, but I hope that maybe in the future, one day, we can work together again and help each other!

Thank you for this post, BrucknerHun, this clears a lot of things up. With this confess, I have removed the QPs Nimostar got for the removed versions of his mod. I also applied a of couple of penalties for diffamation and bypassing the language filter.
I hope from now on everyone can bury the war axe and that you guys can work together in peace, in the interest of all h4 fans.

Just clarifying I didn't authorize any letter of apology and I don't believe I have anything to apologize for.
Plus I will retire from H4 modding due to toxic environment, direct sabotage and illegal actions. (detailed post pending)
Anything that is done out of terror and fear due to force of retaliation is illegitimate. This is a legal principle that applies to statements signed under coercion.

Thank you BrucknerHun for your apology letter.
It takes a lot of courage to admit your mistakes and I know it's never easy to apologize.
We all make mistakes and what's important is to learn from them and become a better person.
Because of this my respect for you has started to grow back, I think everyone deserves a second chance
and I hope our modding community will evolve to be better in the future

Not using h4zero or equilibris was never a technical lack but rather a conscious decision by me. Proof pf this is that greatest mod from 2016 was based on equilibris. I purposefully excluded the code due to instability, false positives on virus detection and unwanted features.
I have said this many times in public and private, it is no secret
As a bonus, it served to deflect accussations that ultimate "steals code" from people that, actually, stole that code (albyx). But it came from years before. When i stopped to work on greates mod and stsrted ultimate i made the conscious decision to not include any equi modifications.
All of that about envy is just appeasement since bruckner didnt like that h4zero didnt support us. Anyways, im done with this, the community was better before all the toxic leet haxxors and amateur programmers.

Except you already said in v9 you used code from Equi and Zer0 when lying about stealing from Albyx.

Nimo, I dont read anywhere in that tread that you even remotely suggested an objects package should be made. So no, it shouldnt give u credit for being made at 'your behest'. My wish/desire to create new objects for the game and include them in an object package was never an idea u had any influence on or even inspired to.
Instead u quite clearly posted frustrated posts, about not being able to create the objects yourself at first, and also encouraged me to share the beta version of the object pack. In all fairness, Radmutant69 and Mirage created the inital objects of which you suggested the images to use. Later on u posted objects u made. I know I got permission from eg. Radmutant69 and Mirage to include their objects in my bundled package, and I recall I had your permission aswell. The fact that u encouraged me to share my beta version back then, I could consider it a natural to asume u would also willingly share your objects aswell (mutual consent) - u even clearly encouraged ppl. to help make objects from your images and posted your objects online for other to see and download. Even if the case is, that u no longer permit the inclusion and distribution of objects you made, I'm willing to remove them from the object package, no problem.
I have given permission to free download and distribute the object pacakge, which includes a readme file that gives credits to all authors of new objects. Using the included .aop file even adds tabs with the Author HC username. So if anything, u can aim your finger at me and ask ME to remove your objects from the package.

I had the idea of converting objects from other games and listing those games (which are on the thread and are used for the package later, for example Diablo II). Labelling it an "object pack" is a technicality.
And the objects which I used as prototype (sadly image is down) which are in overlap with the ones that are included with the package.
Anyways, nothing matters. Its a waste of time.

Even like yesterday, bruckner characteristically kept demanding that I treat every bug in one of the maps he adds as a bug in ULTIMATE himself, an approach he takes to all third party content as something to assimilate (which is also reflected to him adding his name to every autotranslated map description, even if 90% of them don't even have the original creator's name). And you can see my clear rebuke to that.
* Although the DM discord captures are real, this post beforehand is satire. I don't believe iliveinabox has any right over chronicles for just copy pasting some text. And I only included some fixes for critical bugs of "others code" which actually is mostly equilibris fixes that albyx put in his DLLs. But yes, I did include some albyx code as a side effect, and turn order mod. However, Albyx himself had told me that he "dared me" to reverse engineer his stuff and reuse it the way he did it without permission for Equilibris. So... and yes, this was only to prevent some "map is bad" error on launch of Zanfa's challenge (of which albyx knew the reason and was reading and participating on discord yet was silent to say the cause, and I had to figure out myself to stop the constant user reports. Why do they even like this particular map so much, its a mystery to me..), and the turn order mod that Bruckner wanted for his pals (and I never used since I am playing the game for 20 years and used to do it this way)
So, "forgive me father for I have sinned" (by including the turn order mod and nothing else because I was asked many times, but rather, sinned against my own vision that it wasn't needed)
PS: I have taken down myself all ULTIMATE uploads as protest, even the beta ones from 2021. Since all ULTIMATE versions contain my art, gameplay code, and text/story assets from my custom maps and campaigns (none of which is true about chronicles for ilive), I forbid anyone to reupload any of them.
PS2: Also, taking away my stars from years back, for stuff that happens years later and is not my fault. Real classy galaad. Won't be missing you at all. Forum mods believe they are knights and kingmakers, actually peasants are higher because they till the land.

Perhaps giving credit is also a technicality?
I had ideas of creating new objects, combining existing objects into new objects and mirroring objects, which is what I did, when Namerutan showed it was possible. Before that, it was just a dream spawned by the new objects Equilibris had added.
Still I dont see how that explains you should be credited as having behested the objects package I made, just 'coz you had an idea of converting objects from other game...

For what it's worth, I would just like to see a merger of Heroes IV Ultimate and H4EM in to one complete package. I would like to see both creators of their content work together and produce something in complete competition with WoG and even Heroes 5.5
Keep in mind, computer games are becoming a thing of the past, and H4, in itself, needs help to attract gamers as it stands alone from the aforementioned Heroes games.
Instead of competing and threatening each other, get together and make an awesome product! Put THIS in, remove THAT. Both are good products. Combined, they compete with the big boys of other Add Ons. And only then will you see Heroes fans give more attention to H4. Everybody wins.

Wow! soo many things happened since then..
Hi all!
First of all regarding N, that was a very mean thing for you to do, posting our private DC conversations... I had no idea you were such a mean and sneaky person. But it doesn't matter, it doesn't change anything in my previous Apology Letter. I've put the past behind me and regretted every wrong things I've done.
Once again, I apologize to the all rest of you! (See N, I never needed your permission to apologize!)
Furthermore N, after all that I tried to fix everything and apologize to the community, and he wrote me the message that I "stabbed him in the back" and took away my ability to upload anywhere with the mod in the future (as a curator)! By supporting him for 3 years, I created the Discord server (it was also my idea, he didn't want it first). Does he think he has the mod's popularity because of him alone? No, No, Nooo...
I must say I had a significant part in that.
I promoted and distributed his mod and tried to reach players by any means possible. Via forums, reddit, DC, Yt and others.. I also reached a lot of content creators. Like Noverlord, Heroes 3.5 wog, FilmGamer, XfStef, etc.. That's why the mod became so popular and is still played today! Also we hvae reached 350+ members as of now!
Well, after this, I don't know what to say... I probably really didn't know N that well. You were absolutely right Iliveinabox, I still can remember your message about him, and you were totally right! I should have listened to you... sorry.
Not to mention that N deleted his own mod and removed the files! But after Nemo refused me and other modders to upload or continue his work! I would have tried to upload the 9.4 update (with the dll and campaign removals) so that players would finally can download the latest version, but you see guys what happened... Well N, looks like you stabbed yourself in the back...ouch..how ironic.
Denying H4 players and those inside our DC server to enjoy the mod or at least have a live link to it! It wasn't other modders that caused this, but it was your own behaviour and toxicity!
All in all, I am totally disappointed in you and have lost my respect. As of today you will be banned from the H4 ULT server and all contact with you will be terminated! I've had enough of you and now I'm drawing the line!

A trasgo is a mischievous fantasy creature that likes to take and destroy what isnt his. So, yeah yes.
Speaking of trasgos:
By the way, confirming everything I have said due to his wanton love of taking other's work and claiming it as his own, BrucknerHun has banned me from *my own* mod discord where I was admin, and uses it to illegally redistribute the mod against my express wishes, also blocked me for good measure.
So again, so much for his "So sorry! oh no I did nothing, never wanted to do anything without permission! Me so innocent and nice! Would never take other's stuff, I swear!"
So there you go. Now is reportedly redistributing the mod in the discord with a pirated google drive link (probably with all the stuff in, too), while deleted my post that was taking it down until I found a worthy curator and security guarantees. And not even telling people he banned me, they don't even know. So nice, eh. But Ilive and his gang don't even care, they only ever cared to drag others down, never about principles, or they would be rather denouncing this egregious "IP violation" (well, at least this one is real, and I even predicted it in my previous post...)
Anyways, at least this means I don't have to take time off for the Discord any longer! More time to dedicate to myself and people that actually appreciate it unlike current so-called "h4 modding" ungrateful people that want to take down the ones that opened the playing field to begin with.
