The names are for the creature replaced. I don't care about making a story or give a name, thats mapmaker job. Yes, could be vulture but you will replace griffin

that kick butts! really! also idea for unupgrade mummy you can lower the head alittle bit into a small crownlike thingi... and take off the snakes head,that way it'll look like mummy->royal mummy?

Hyenas are from family of cats. You should know that
Gnolls are one of my favourite creatures, although they are weird in this game...
