Here's animation for the Gnoll-Minotaur-Manticore hybrid(I call it either Bruiser Gnoll or Gnoll King). It's a little choppy:
EDIT: Another thing. I was bored, and I know this has been done a million times, but:
EDIT 2: Another monster, Chimera. I'm planning to use this to replace Manticore from Dungeon. Note that the sprite's just experemental, so it's by no means complete, which you can tell by looking at the Chimera's tail and head.

Thanks Though it IS supposed to be dark, I'm planning to use it to replace Dread Knights(and a Black Knight/Wyvern hybrid to replace Black Knights).

..HEROES IV MOD:
That's right. I'm currently working on a Heroes IV Mod. Purpose is to replace Heroes, Creatures, Spells, Artifacts, anything possible, with ones from Heroes 4 . Currently I've done these 2 creatures, took about an hour each. I still got about 20 Creatures I planned to do, so, after a couple of weeks the version 0.1 of the mod is ready, containing only new creatures. When creatures are done, I'll move to heroes, then artifacts, spells, and so on.

Whoa, that's awesome 
Even though Heroes IV is probably the worst in the series, those monsters look great, good job
I think that deserves it's own thread
On a side note, I made this out of boredom: Wight Marksman.

Yes I was planning to make an own thread for it, a little bit later .
And about Heroes IV - yes, it sucks, but the resources (creatures, heroes, and other stuff) really fit to heroes 3, too .
Your marksman would look better if the blue parts of his/her suit would be black instead of blue  .
@Edit:
Already finished third creature, the Lord, but you guys can only see his portrait, he's so awesome that you can't see the animation yet:

That's odd... I don't remember Ogre or Arch Mage being creatures at all, and Lord was a hero type, am I right?
And I tried to color the blue parts black, but I didn't find the proper tool to do it :/

Yes, these are all heroes in Heroes 4, but I use them as creatures in Heroes 3 .

Yeah, I tried to colour him green, but I didn't manage to colour the white parts then :/
EDIT: Wait... I just noticed that the white's just his armor! D'oh!!

Gnollking: Some H4 creauters has been extracted by me. And I think they heve better size. Your creauters are to large.

Not only "down". They look straight and little bit down. I think that's fit better with original H3 units.
