Def maker and defview are needed also resedit,and all this only for extracting needed items from the gameitself.
For the editing and "creating your own monsters" you'd need photoshop and paint.

Not yet.
It'd be so hard lol... I'm working on something easier for my first animation with Anti paladins help, and then I'll move onto something harder like my dragon. I could do a simplified version I guess, which would be easier, but boringer.

Thatīs really bad because the ameyst dragon is one of the best looking creatures i have seen.
Which Creature do you animate at the moment? I like your work and I hope to see more of your really good grafiks and of course the ameyst dragon

This one is the Uttuku, imo is alot easier than the amethyst dragon would be, and it's not turning out perfect..
here's the idle animation (it's just the frames thrown together on imageready, not the real animation) to show some progress
