The steady descent into rage and madness has only gotten worse since January by the way.
In addition to reports of Trump saying that he will be reinstated in August, Michael Flynn has been saying at a QAnon Conference (a group that believes the opposition to Trump are an elite cabal of Satanic cannibalistic pedophiles) that because the election was illegitimate, that a Myanmar-style coup should happen in Washington D.C. in order to remove the current government. These are the more hardcore people pedaling this, but still, the circle of people around Trump are ****ing insane.

The headers are "Michael Flynn appeared to say", so you know something is fishy. Then you go at the source and once again, it is not what he said. What we hear is "no reason it should happen here, no reason", which became after editing "No reason. It should happen here, no reason".
The edited phrase sounds dumb, with the "no reason" at the end. Makes no sense.

Sincerely speaking to people of the whole political spectrum, wouldn't a Secession benefit everyone? I mean, the world is witnessing the once mighty United States of America crumble inside - chinese children are being groomed from an early age to become skilled engineers and doctors while Americans are being taught to hate their own culture, race, sexual orientation, etc. To the people who insist on that, ok, fine, you stay in the Woke States of America with the benefit of not having to convert anyone to your sect - everyone there will think like this. On the other side, however, we can have the hardworking and traditional people who look beyond sex, color, sex and sexual orientation, and, above all, wish to build and preserve rather than corrupt and destroy.

Ok. You're entitled to your opinion, but this is something that is decided through elections and not through coercion or force. I disagree with your views but I still believe you deserve to be treated as a citizen.

Not so, otherwise the titles would not have been "he appears to say", instead of "he said". The way he talks during those 2-3 seconds is awkward, confusing and can be interpreted both ways, depending your political side. That's why a clarification should be requested before making headlines, and he clarified his stance when asked : "no reason such coup should happen in USA, this is what I meant, my words were twisted".
In a normal world that should settle the case.

No dude, I think a disinterested person watching that clip would assume he was speaking approvingly of a coup. Why do you think the QAnon audience immediately cheered afterward? They seemed to understand him just fine. His statement wasn't that awkward.
Also, what makes you believe that I want to believe that? I would immensely prefer that the Trump camp settle down and stop saying radical and dangerous things. Unfortunately, that is not what is happening. They are digging in to their own insanity.
While I'm not saying it's impossible that he simply misspoke (I can't read his mind of course) that seems highly unlikely and it would be a very big error on his part to what ought to be a very simple question.

You are right, any next door citizen would assume what he wants to assume. That's the difference between you and a journalist, the later has to provide evidence, pursue the truth and dig enough until he has them both, not rush on gotcha headlines.
This is why the medias you swallow offered a platform to a mythomaniac as Jusie Smollet without checking what happened, this is why they thrown to the mob the Covington kids before they had any fact, this is why they accused Trump of supporting white supremacists in Charleston, constantly ignoring his endless condemnations in the very next phrase, this is why they call the Obama ban of 7 countries "the muslim ban" when Trump just reiterated it, this is why they keep the lie that Trump created cages for immigrants, etc the list is long.
They are not journalists, just your Trump basic hater who utilizes his position and job to keep the ignorant and not curious at all masses the way he wants.

A journalist can ask Michael Flynn for clarification, and then Michael Flynn can backpedal for survival reasons.

I'm going to default to the most likely explanation, which is that "It should happen here" (said with a smiling face to a cheering audience) means exactly what it sounds like it means, and not some bizarre explanation after-the-fact that he misspoke.
