Unfortunately I don't see MM around very much. I think he has pretty limited time with his new job. *sigh*
Perhaps a third mod could be added. This way there wouldn't be too much burden on the two of you. I think splitting up the roles of leadership between some of the main threads would be good. We have some new members here creating threads. They really need to be addressed and encouraged if they are to stay as active members here.
Edit:
Another thing as for any problems of inconsistancy between mods and the different threads. I'm sure that the members of the forum could be addressed for feedback.
So like moderators could be assigned to certain threads etc...
But this doesn't mean that they can moderate other threads, it's just that each mod has like a thread or threads that is their priorety. So they look after that thread before reading other ones. You get what I mean?
Just an idea. It's completely up to you and MM though.

Somthing somthing...skip...qp? I know that word. Sure I'm not as qp happy as everyone wants me to be. It's just my own judgement that I'm working off of. If I see somthing that I believe had alot of effort behind it or it's somthing that I felt was qp worthy, sure. I agree that my time may be a little restrained what with my new job and all but I usually wake up about 10:00 am no later. By 10:30 if I've nothing important to do I'll hop online, check my mail and head over to HC. I see whats up in the ModSquad, check through Other Games and than shoot over to the Glade. No, I don't read every single post and thread in one sitting but I do make my way through the majority of the threads, especially those getting alot of hits. Usually inbetween all this I'm constantly running around doing this or that or packing my lunch for work. I leave my house about 2:00 pm so usually I'm on the internet no less than 45 min. usually an hour. Just because I don't write you all personal messages doesn't mean I don't care or that I'm not here.
In fact, starting today you will see a new feedback thread. Make use of it.
edit: I decided to read over that long post of RSF's that I skipped. I think I counted about seven mentions of QP.

Quote: There will be a Poster of the Month from now on in Glade. I'll start by giving some members QP's for their recent posting.
That was posted by RSF on page 2, last post.
Now I am wondering, maybe an idea to get this forum active again could be to maybe do the POTM here in the Glade again.
Just an idea, feel free to comment.

People need to actually put in consistant effort though. This means posting more than once a week. More like 3 or 4 times, and at least 2 times. I won't have a poster of the month unless there is someone really putting in the effort.

ll RSF, what about the giving out of QP's?
Usually people these day's want QP's, and sometimes people, once they see alot of QP's in a forum might attract them into posting there.
What do you think?

Can you post like a part of a longer story? Like not RP but more fantasy story that roots in the lore of Ashan ?? (like a Short story.)

Certainly. There's plenty of examples of short stories in the table of contents for this forum. It would be pretty nice to see a story finish for a change.
You can involve other members by creating a feedback thread for your story as well, since writing by yourself can be a pretty isolating venture and, from experience, people aren't as keen to read stories in which they feel completely uninvolved.

I was kind of heading in the direction of a story with heroes from HoMM5 Game and so on.. But of course that still gives me an opportunity to involve people in the whole story.

OOC is talking about the RP itself. It's talking about the characters, the storyline, what do next etc.
IC is the RP itself.

Sorry but you got me even more confused.
If I want to post Rules/Recruitment I make a OOC thread?
The adventure itself is RP or IC tread?
thanks for any help

@KnightofHonour: Hi!
Well, OoC is Out of Character and is your recruitment thread. Once the game is underway, that's where you can talk about your RP out of character.
IC is In Character and is the RPG itself.

Hi there and thanks for the help
If I make a RP thread can I create a system for the players to talk between themselves (forum user to forum user, keeping the talk on topic of course) there or would be the thread be deleted?
I ask that because I play RPGs in other forums and often the players feel it is easier to communicate in the same thread using the /spoiler/ command (forum user to forum user) that is not available here to my knowledge.
thanks in advance

You mean like OoC conversations in the IC thread?
It's up to each game master, but at least what Mytical does (and by extension, I do) is place OoC stuff in double parentheses. For example,
((This is me talking in the RPG thread, out of character. ))
And no, the thread won't get deleted because of that.
And no, we don't have spoilers...

Well, the way to do it is like so. Let's assume your game is called Game. ()
Game (OoC)
Or some other similar way.
Then, you post a basic overview of your RP and build interest. If you get enough players, then you can create the IC thread. After that, have fun!

Yes. Also, like Winter said I won't shut down a game if your group does OOC things in the game, because you can run it pretty much how you wish (within the Code of Conduct of course). How you do it is totally up to you, it just seems easier to do it the (ooc, ic) way. Here are some common ways to do it.
ooc Message /ooc
Within these (())
Within these **
and there are dozen of other ways. if you are your players are comfortable it is all good.
