I probably ask the dumbest question ever, but I ALWAYS want to be sure about things: anyone (and that including me  ) can open an rpg here, right, and try to find people for it? Also can I use any rulework I want (except stealing^^)? Since I have long had some idea in mind which I'd liek to try here, though it's more a variant of rpg...
